I'm still liking the story here."We have already seen the benefits of a digital-first approach. Order volumes have increased steadily since the July 2021 acquisition of the site and the average Chill.com customer spends more than $40 per online transaction. Crucially, these sales sit within an ecosystem and supply chain that we control. So long as the internet is up and postal services are running, Chill.com will be online and selling regardless of external factors affecting the retail market."The online potential is huge, global and relatively straightforward compared to physical retail. Its the way to go. As long as the online sales continue to build they are ok. Noticed that 'Chill' is now high up in online search results.

No anal, this is a great company in the making. I know because 2 industry leaders have joined in senior roles in just the past weeks mainly working for shares in the company. I know because they have the leading merchant bank in the industry backing them as well as the brand marketing group partly responsible for making Red Bull one of the world's greatest. Who's your proof to the contrary? tom winny with his 10 'premium' subscribers and bad breath.

"Suspect the seller is done."

Suspect????

You are usually on the button with these things.

I suspect you know!

"A little knowledge is truly a dangerous thing...." And no knowledge is a truly disastrous thing.

"They're taking in cash from the loan being repaid" - how do you know that? Are you an insider? If so was the loan given to Eric Schrader/Ox distribution our master distributor? Is so what was the purpose of the loan? Was it to enable "sales" to them?
What were the conditions attached to the loan? Was it at arm's length? Can anyone get an interest free loan from CHLL?

Something tells me that you are not the messiah but just a very naughty little boy.

Will hopefully get an update as supplying online sales a priority rather then increasing store sales to meet demand!!!

So you are saying that our "non business" is similar to a NFT art seller?
Is that what you are telling your hedge fund clients?

And they are not slapping you?

"orders declared not yet shipped now being shipped."

So no NEW orders? Understood.

How long are they taking for the "orders" to convert into sales? PMSL!

Here's a fun fact: 'Voice.com' sold for $30m with no business behind it. Interesting how valuable those intangible assets can be....

A little knowledge is truly a dangerous thing....They're taking in cash from the loan being repaid + orders declared not yet shipped now being shipped. They've slowed down the retail rollout but they're still in 2500 stores. Their cash position is not down by much from Sep month-end and they have no cash crisis. No equity raise needed. None coming.

" and I believe the company continues to book significant enough revenues monthly"

Utter hogwash as per usual. we know from their releases, meaningless, and possibly lies too, that the "order" profiles was as follows:

Apr - Jun 2021 = $2.06m

Jul - Sep 2021 = $0.561m

So quite clearly "orders" had fallen off a cliff by the 2nd quarter. We are also now told that retail is effectively dead for all intents and purposes as they are now concentrating on "state of mind".

As such I would be surprised IF they manage $500k sales in the 2nd half, which at a 30% gross margin would give them circa £20k (a ta 30% GP margin) a month contribution towards overheads which are running at circa £200k pm.

So how in the name of F are they booking "significant enough revenues monthly"???

We know that you have been consistently right so far - is this a continuation of that successful run?

Note that against the £2m they had in cash at the end of September they also had current liabilities of £1,447,011 which I have not mentioned - leaving a paltry £500k to play with vs a circa £180k cash burn per month. 4 months of that to end of Jan would total £720k.

Gulp!

Bluerinse is back! And this time he's really, really angry.

Unlike the other times.

"they have close to the £2m reported for Sep month end, by my estimation."

And his "estimation" has stood him in good stead thus far.

Go Barry!

Do you think the volume today could have anything to do with Mr John "Ive got 25m shares and its going to £25/share" Story? Why let then all go at 6.5p? Makes no sense to me...;-)
