05/5/2024 00:02 | When 50 more turn up to buy, im fkn gone | institutional investments
05/5/2024 00:01 | In saying all that, end of day, it's a uk little cap. Always best to walk on the dark side of expectation even when bullish Smash n grab...best to do that than fall in love with em. Love is a manufactured drug, created for selling liquidity haha | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:53 | Now on the fundamental side, if charted, there are some really interesting structures going on that ive not seen mentioned at all Anyway, as always, times lets us know. See yall up the chart a bit | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:52 | Not too bad here. News post holdings came without even a first breakout price, so its ok. We didnt get played as they say. Its real business occurring in that news | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:48 | if you read the story via tech and fundamental, i could nearly 99% assure a big bullish move is coming. But is it pre financials? Or at? Cant really decipher that yet But looking at flows into its market, somebody sure did get a heads up at 2nd support imo, share price should never have got to 3.5 at that stage. Was too soon. Anyway all in all, Its a great price today. And one that is a take break-even at worst, when strikes 3.5s again. Up to you how you read market at those times 3,50s recently was never a spike. It should never have happened at all yet - hence the news But it will bode well short term for sure. See how goes at medium term pricing time to decide | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:41 | Here is a simple knocked up chart. With the key question. This isn't a template play. A lot of stuff has to align. But this was a great build sub 2.77 around supporting price You answer the question first, then il give an opinion too. Most data is missing but keep it simple as they say. | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:09 | I hang out with the DV. We share all prices and data together in images I never had to verbally explain so that's not my forte I'm afraid | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:05 | End of day, doesn't matter who is right. Bulls or bears Just get a price and don't let it become a loss after. Either hit a home run, or get out without decapitation | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:03 | Anyway, see how goes They are the prices Forget maeket at any other | institutional investments
04/5/2024 23:01 | Many will most likely think baaaaaaaa. Tech prices. Tealeafs Nope Fundamental story unwraps at them I don't even see the prices per se...I see fundamental analysis being updated. Or in small stocks, game intention 😂 | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:59 | Il give two trader prices they love to deal at 2.62 8.22 But no point confusing investors with these Just don't go red from last low... and decide for yourselves at 3.50 | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:49 | Here are the prices of key note for investors to manage around 2-1.8 3.5 7/9.4 There are trader prices elsewhere but no point going into that. Basically what some think is a spike to a price above 3.50 and retracts, is not a spike. Its a key trader price. Traders meaning funds. Yes, funds. That's where you determine medium to long term intentions Those that bought low, well, shouldn't be holding to back in the red now 3.5, up to each to assess, sell, reduce, hold or add Ditto the rest But I will 100% assure they are event prices meaning, its where you make decisions based upon what the players are doing. And those listed are where they will act , or not (can hold ) | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:44 | But it is the UK gentlemen. Its not a casino. Its one big scam in little markets Wholly monopolised by a few funds and Nomads and makers , with a handful of upper orchestraters A milking machine Very hard for even a good business to get out of tbe cycle. The handful that might exist Run the tech, not the mind | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:42 | I assume they will. Reatructuring was vital | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:40 | 26/1/24 RNS The Company has undertaken the conditional placing of 28,533,800 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 3.75 pence per share (the "Issue Price") by Allenby Capital Limited ("Allenby Capital") (the "Placing"), and conditional subscription of 3,466,700 new Ordinary Shares (the "Subscription") at the Issue Price, together raising approximately £1.20 million before expenses for the Company. The Company also announces the capitalisation of £1.20 million of liabilities predominantly comprised of inventory debt financing by existing significant shareholder, Mr Jonathan Swann for 32,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Capitalisation", together with the Placing and Subscription, the "Fundraise"), in aggregate 64,000,500 new Ordinary Shares (the "Fundraise Shares"), at the Issue Price. So, they raised £1.2m cash. They had spent the rest. That was all Swanns cash. Now he is trying to dispose of the BoD. Do you think they have spent his money well? With the cash burn here they will need more cash in less than six months. | purchaseatthetop
04/5/2024 22:36 | OK so many examples of companies raising 3 years of past cashflows and blowing it in a year or 2 anyway on Bora Bora 😂 But they have substance at lows here. A big difference to intangible thoughts so often seen Only issue ro me is Allenby involved . Pure scum bucket play job comes to mind but, will let it slide for now, yet not forgetting If a sell call comes In a bad spot or obvious distribution going on in an share price rise It's a. Big issue on small stocks re Nomads, brokers, Makers etc. Hard to have far in sny of them given histories Best to be wholly technical on them Anyway, see how goes | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:33 | I know they raised 1 million or something in January A key ingredients to being bullish today Its why I don't mind seeing another one at lows. Private though. And gives 3 years cash excluding revenues I dont mind seeing that sort of cash raised near lows so a and raise is acceptable in this window | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:24 | I think it depends on how you read past RNSs and plans as with any really So imo, best just to assume one anyway and see if still happy with it in overall analysis Fair enough if obviously cashed up for 3 or 5 years. But a year? Best to just assume one for safety and be happy with the potential or walk away. Well, happy others are currently happy regardless lol | institutional investments
04/5/2024 22:00 | Aren’t they cashed up for the year? | jonesy27
04/5/2024 16:25 | Not really bothered if any cash raise comes. Should be at 3.50 per share if priced right by the issuer | jack the tipper
04/5/2024 16:21 | Been a really good month to-date all in all (even though early). Money has stayed coming in for it post news. Should trade 3.50 soon enough. See from there if it hits the range holding 94, 129, 165% That is where the longer term will really get gauged at. | jack the tipper |
