Hi Chestnuts,
I like Seneca and it looks great chart wise. At worst it may drop to 52p at which point it would be a crazy BUY!!!
So. Interesting times.

Copy paste from iii:Morocco has already been producing light oil from Jurassic carbonates onshore, same kind of reservoirs we have as our primary target, RD-1 with 768mmbbls and Multi Billion Barrels upside potential. Proven source rocks, modelled mature kitchens and nearby onshore legacy light oil fields support hydrocarbon source presence and effectiveness. On-trend wells in Jurassic carbonate Reservoirs show net reservoir ranging up to 110m with average porosities between 12% - 17%.

Unless they have mud losses in the carbonate section - at least ENI have experience of drilling carbonates, which is a positive.

I believe the S12000 is sitting at around 1125m from the seabed (around 2.5 times the height of the 'Empire States Building') - the most time consuming exercise next will be to put together the 'Conductor Piping' which will carry the drill bit to the seabed/spud. The conductor piping is probably around 760mm in diameter and each length is around 12m long. So around 100 pieces to connect together, at 2 an hour max I can imagine.

The S12000 (6th Generation), saw a 100% increase in propulsion to the earlier S10000 (5th Generation, drillship) - the main reason was the 20,000T pay load capacity for deep sea drilling - I know we left Cyprus in a hurry and unsure if we are carrying the 'conductor piping' or what quantity! - perhaps the Vos, PSV's, (Platform Service Vessels) will be shifting inventory over the next few days!.

Nothing much will happen until V Purpose (ETA 09:00) and V Prudence (ETA 14:00) arrive on the scene tomorrow. V Prime docked in Tanger Med earlier today, but is now anchored just outside the port. No position - just an observer for now.

Saipem 12000 Drill Ship - making great progress today, currently about to clear the Straits of Gibraltar and head SSW to RD, I think we are about 3-4 hours ahead of schedule.

What next - S12000 has Dynamic Positioning (DP2), on arrival no need for 8 anchors to bolt it to the seabed - The computerised positioning fixes an exact location and operates holding that point with motors, side thrusters and adjusting to any wind change.

A remote submersible will be sent down to the seabed, looking at any environmental issues and looking for an exact point to spud.

An environmental sign-off, an health & safety sign off and we are ready to spud once all the other prelims are in place. Should be a walk through as Moroccan State Oil are 25% in on this license.

Points - unsure if this well is a 'tight hole' - any news flow being called first by the Moroccan State Government.

On Sunday, there looks to be a 6.5 meter swell out there - could make it challenging, a breeze for these oil guys though. Best guess Tuesday/Wednesday spud - Rns, the following day.

GLA. Steal..

Ottimo lavoro e buona fortuna ENI - (Great Job and good luck, ENI !!!).

EGM voting on Memoranum and Articles

Has anyone seen the papers for the Extraordinary General Meeting. I have seen the paper published but this contains no details of any change to the Memorandum and Articles which my broker is asking me to vote on.

shows how stupid you are for saying a company to have various assets you think they will trade with mkt cap of 19m, they have over £25m. You expecting they will trade under cash when they will be involved with around 2-4 wells being drilled in various licenses..

You embarrassing yourself.
