I don't think anybody will take the 13p offer now...

Larry "KING" did the right thing by thinking of the company first, should the well in Morocco not come in they would have found it difficult to raise for Namibia as their are too many vultures arounds.

We are fully funded to drill at least 2 wells. Im quite looking forward to when they drill Namibia well with COS of 29%

Prior placing this reached 23.8p, that was mkt cap of 65m, now they raise 15m so a mkt cap of 80m is sufficient as they have funding to drill both wells. So over 20p soon again..

If we go below 13p then it could be a great buying opportunity....then again!

50/50 odds of success! I like the sound of that .So if we had 4 drills each having 25%COS are you saying it would be definate success?

I disagree, the company is at it's best state risk reward wise ever.
Large Cash Position.
Two Drills This Year.

Morocco, ENI drill Mid March, 26% COS. If they strike, the share price will be north of a £1.

It will de-risk the rest of the acreage here.

Namibia is Q4, Larry's not ruling out a partnership here on Prospect S.
But by moving ahead now and locking in low day rates for Rigs, ok the COS is in single figure's, this is pretty meaningless, the previous drill was a lot higher and everyone was very confident, it was a complete failure.
You can never tell till you drill.

At Worst they have a 50/50 chance of success this year.
Good odds.

Sold up this morning. I don't invest in companies who have no regards for shareholders. Risk is too high. Wait for results and buy back in after the hysteria is over and reality resurfaces.

Absolutely disgraceful decision made by Larry. He needs to be gone if RD1 is a duster.

Maybe a daft question so apologies in advance , the share offer to existing PIs is set at 13p, is the placing to the iis set at the same price for sure or could it be agreed lower?
