II's sell out for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes they will sell down to zero - irrespective - because their rules require it - and this becomes an opportunity for PI's. It will not be the first time it has happened, nor will it be the last. When they were selling out - that was indeed a pain. Now they are out - that presents an opportunity. The question is - what to do next. Namibia, Morocco, Mauritania, Billions of investment going into these regions with a who's who in the oil industry involved. I am betting that the geologists, geophysicists, money men and the billions behind them know more than me sat in my armchair. Old fashioned I know.

There is a presentation on the 19th February to various analysts.

There is also a presentation in March in London by his Senior Geologist- where II's etc hang out.

In addition there are various other things going on which need to be completed this Q1 2013 which were disclosed in the closing statement the day after he was made CEO.

Anyway - Chariots Moroccan Acreage is valued at nil ..meanwhile...4/2/2013

Hi Redrock, I cannot publish the full register - various restrictions.

However I can confirm that BG are out as it was confirmed to my by Chariot themselves that there are no longer any II's. This is of course as at the snapshot date. To get the register for a particular date you will have to appy via the registrars -, Capita Registrars, on 020 8639 2236 - or send them an email.

Is it possible for you to publish the register? Some people are holding back on buying because they think any rise in share price will be sold into by BG. At lease if they know BG is out they feel more comfortable adding or buying? I know i would.

The RNS on 21st Jan:

Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified today that, as of 21 January 2013, the interest of Baillie Gifford & Co in the Company's issued ordinary share capital is less than 5% and as such it no longer has a disclosable interest in the Company.

The share register I have was COB 21st January.

Artistic license indeed - less than 5% ...yes - it is zero%

One might speculate that a small dip in the price before a presentation to analysts may actually be beneficial in encouraging a few buys whilst "it's cheap". The alternative way of favouring friends, a placing, seems out of the question I hope.

had WIND for about the same time had 3 divis and a recent woooooooossssssssssshhhhh....with more to come with proposed 10% buy back

heres hoping for more of the same( wooooooooooosssssssssssshhhhhhh`s) here with less of a time lag

as stated before i got in near rock bottom and can sit out cash flow probs at home as this is not considered day to day cash for me...so i sit and wait
