I understand perspective. Over three months there looks like a mini trend - But over a 6 month range it does look flat to me. Charts...!

Also - notification of share interests and the familar RNS's

The top 10 holdings from the share register shown a few weeks back on here does not tally with the investor information. There is a discrepancy. I have notified Chariot and they have agreed. I will be interested to see them notify it. I notice the investor fact sheet has been pulled from the website - as it is now under review.

this flat lining - 'given' the volume traded - does seem rather odd - and dare I say it - worth bringing to the attention of the FSA....even if only for a laugh because the FSA is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

It isn't flat lining, it just looks as if it is when you look at a 6 month or 1 year chart because there was such a radical step change in share price Try looking at a 3 month chart - that doesn't look unusually flat.

There is some potentially significant news on the way - to be released this Q1 according to the December 2012 presentation and the December 21 closing statement RNS. Whether it is positive remains to be seen. My bet is that it will be positive.

Makes you wonder if this is the reason the share price is holding in a tight range...


Keep quiet until the presentation and offer the IIs the carrott of a rock bottom share price ..

Whatever the news is, the IIs will be first to know and hopefully one or two may take a position..

Hi Nige, well there is a lot of information out there in the public domain so it would seem odd just to go through a presentation that is 'out there' so to speak. More likely they will want to persuade the II's and give them sufficient confidence that it is worth them taking a punt for their clients. Within the limits of what they can say I bet there will be new stuff that the analysts will get before we do. 19th February is the date apparently.

Interesting on III about Bailli Gifford etc. Some still think they are holders. They are not. The register does not show them, and I confirmed it with investor relations at Chariot. There are no institutional investors at present. There is an analyst presentation that will take place this month that will seek to rectify that situation.

No they won't.

As you say, CHAR relies on HRT to give the share any interet.

The Presentation for December disappeared for a while and then it came back yesterday. Most peculiar. If anyone spots any differences then let us know! The investor fact sheet is still missing.....under review...etc

At lease PW had a policy of putting out information every month. Not so anymore.

So the HRT rig has arrived and will spud in about 20 to 30 days time and yet the share price for CHAR is still flatlining.

Where's the buying ahead of HRT's near-certain success?
