a) Senior management buy in - geologists etc
b) Nimrod 2 Announcement would light a fire under this
c) II's buy into the company
d) Farm in announcment
e) HRT strike oil


a), b) Chariot are in control. a) is a quick win.

) c-d) requires Chariot to roadshow, convince etc

Salp do one.HB just have to hold on for the Q1 drill schedule and the resource update.At least you have confirmed BG have gone for good.Just need the buyers to outweigh those DMA traders

the crux of the problem here which stops me from investing is that I don't see anything that is going to happen in the next 3 months that could possibly lead to a serious re-rating for the share price so I keep it on my monitor and will look in every now and again.

HB - No.1 for me would be speculation on HRT's drill off Namibia or talk of a takeover before the results of that drill.

well may be it was needed testing new recent low

and some support in there

the spring just had more force applied...when it goes still feel it will blow us past recent prices

Alex, isn't some renewal decision needed by the end of May so an indication of Nimrod 2 should be in by then, but my recollection is a bit foggy :(

BRIAN MICHAEL MORITZ 200000 0.10% 92.15% Director Namibian Resources PLC
MR ROBERT SINCLAIR 200000 0.10% 92.25% Non Exec Chariot Oil and Gas

I could not find any of the other directors, non execs, geologists and other senior management etc unless they are in nominee accounts - as are mine. At least 90% of the shares are held in nominee accounts.

PIs have their holdings in Nominee accounts. Not unusual for a share like Chariot which has stung several IIs.

I am sure BG had them in there own name...

Apart from the bigger holding there are over 30% of the shares in nominee accounts, is this unusual ?

Seems quite a high figure to me..

Alot of oil shares down at present GKP AFR GENL HOIL CHAR to name 5! FT down over 1% as well.

Remember how long it took to get through the 28p barrier - well it looks like it's done a quick retrace back to 28p and that is now extremely strong support. I think you have done well getting a few more on the dip FE ;-)
