08/11/2012 07:24 | As of 30th Oct - took a long time informing the Co. - bit naughty really - so over £3mill, quite a significant amount ;-) RNS Number : 6011Q 07 November 2012 Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (the "Company") Holding in Company Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified today that, as of 30 October 2012, Baillie Gifford & Co held a total interest of 11,888,498 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.93% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. -- Baillie Gifford & Co has an interest in 1,246,421 ordinary share (0.62%) -- Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Baillie Gifford & Co.) has an interest in 8,436,382 ordinary shares (4.21%) -- Baillie Gifford & Co Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Baillie Gifford & Co.) has an interest in 2,205,695 ordinary shares (1.10%) | ![]() stockriser
07/11/2012 18:01 | triples, These sorts of theories are commonplace on BBs but for once I tend to believe it here. The risk/reward looks very high to enormous rewards to high(ish) risk. Buying double what you'd like to hold through the next drill by CHAR looks the way to go to me. Any decent news from HRT/BPPB or others and any positive non-drilling news from CHAR looks likely to give the potential to at least double from here. A free bet on a potential multi-bagger even after after derisking at much higher prices is the way to go in this game, imv. repo | lanaken
07/11/2012 17:56 | Holdings rns out:Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified today that, as of 30 October 2012, Baillie Gifford & Co held a total interest of 11,888,498 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.93% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital | mitpat474
07/11/2012 17:51 | This share is being pushed down for the IIs to accumulate. Just look at that Morningstar report published across on ixi. | ![]() triples
07/11/2012 17:44 | I had a pretty decent top up at 27.76p. If bad news in Namibia continues for the next 18 months that won't look too clever. Any good news though, from CHAR or others ,and this can only move strongly upwards. DYOR, it's very unexplored and long sequences of dusters in such territories are very much part of the mix in this game. Some very positive Namibian news in 2013 could fire my portfolio into orbit for the third time in 7/8 years. repo | lanaken

07/11/2012 11:11 | How can Citigroup go from nothing to 4.16% and there is no holding RNS? | ![]() newswseller
07/11/2012 10:45 | History could repeat itself for the simple reason that the data gained from the last two drills make it more likely that the next drill will be in a prime location and drilled to the correct depth. The 10/15Bbls prospective resource is still sitting there.BP et al know this imo. Char are better positioned now than they have ever been imo and the share price sits at less than cash???Multiple drills coming in the future and every one could have huge impact on Chars REAL WORTH should they be successful. The market is an ass, pure and simple. | ![]() fairenough11
07/11/2012 09:47 | Post from Tarles on the iii CHAR board Morning all, had the new Morningstar report for Chariot posted to me this morning. Take a look at the updated major share holders list? It's fresh out today and even has Northlands buy recommendation from yesterday no one noticed! $$ALL&Id=0P0000FVNT& If they are buying back in then history could well repeat itself here... 07/11/2012 09:12 | Ahhh - P Curtis - yes buys huge amounts of undervalued O&G stock - but gets out as quick as a ferret out a bag. He makes his wad on the first 5-10%. | ![]() stockriser
07/11/2012 08:47 | Paul Curtis has major holdings (notifiable) in SQZ, TRAP, DEO (before take over), MOG.. He is a big player and only buys beaten down cash rich oil co's I believe he started buying CHAR at 32p, so he saw value then and obviously more value now. According to his twitter account his last purchase was yesterday | ![]() newswseller
07/11/2012 08:40 | He is an extremely savvy and successful PI who specialises in O&G. He posts on advfn as ghhghh and on fool as ghh, iirc. | ![]() triples
07/11/2012 08:37 | Who is Paul Curtis? | pedramp

06/11/2012 21:09 | T. Look at the timing, SqZ, hit a duster, lol, share price down. I have a sense of humour, but please... | ![]() wild_goose
06/11/2012 21:08 | No idea, What we know for certain, The share price has been held at ~ 30p, post Nimrod, while many times the shares in the co have been traded. This is not natural. I would advise you, when volume in an AIM share is high, the share price goes, up or down. As I say, it is now a SCAM share. | ![]() wild_goose
06/11/2012 20:53 | WG, That's not that clear. Which one are you betting on? Up? Level? Down? | ![]() triples
06/11/2012 20:53 | LOL. Conspiracy. Paranoia. Anything else WG? How about BS? The price is being manipulated - granted - to a point - the MM's are keeping it tighltly bound. There are no RNS's to show big holdings - and it is a requirement of the LSE to issue if that were the case. Patience is needed here = not paranoia. PW has done well with Morocco, license renewal, and the RNS's to come over the coming months in accordance with the very public and transparent presentation on their website for all to see is all you need to know... | hedgebetter
06/11/2012 20:49 | Newswseller, Bet ya, the share price moves now. Will not be held. Let's see. | ![]() wild_goose
06/11/2012 20:46 | When something bad is going to happen, they change out the focal point. Plausible deniability. Don't know, but would now expect PW to pale into the background, as the new regime take over. I assume he has done well. | ![]() wild_goose
06/11/2012 20:43 | Tarels, What do you think. Bear in mind the Nammibian Gov are involved. Cheers. | ![]() wild_goose |
