Does this (presumably) leave all existing agreements with Bosch/Weichei unaffected? So effectively adding a third, additional to the party?

Blimey. Can someone a lot more knowledgeable explain to me what just happened - aside from shorters needing presumably to buy back their positions... How is this more impressive than Weichei? There was ne saying I'd be tempted at £1!
Having said all that chart is still below even the 100sma, so it has lots of ground to make up before it looks remotely bullish. Nothing another 40% rise wouldn't fix!

Weichai, seems to be a lead weight. The start of breaking free. Onwards and upwards.

Asia will use gas for many more years to produce electricity
That is why they need our power cells. We aren't entirely a hydrogen stock, yet we have been treated as such

The Weichai deal is clearly dead in the water.
Nothing would enrage the Chinese more than for Ceres to sign an agreement with a Taiwan company.

More shorts are being opened for Ceres even at this price, I can only assume they expect the price to drop even further..
Still 2-3 years away from royalties and a 600 head count, cost savings have got start NOW.

Yes, a very disappointing 2 years.
But if (1) a new commercial deal is signed in next 3 months, and (2) the Chinese joint venture comes to fruition, sentiment could change very quickly. Weichai announced - to great fanfare - their world beating SOFC system a year ago, and I can’t believe discussions to commercialise with Bosch aren’t happening. This is the type of share which could go up x5 very quickly. It’s happened twice before and could happen again, without warning.
Caldwell has undoubtedly over promised and under delivered, but I believe he’s straight, and if there really was no prospect of the JV, we would know.
I’ve lost a lot on this share, but am holding in the belief that when sentiment changes, we will see £10 again. Get out if you must, but my hunch is patience will be rewarded.
