Look after my bills , they are liars they are crooks it is them that are making the money , not the customers , they quoted me £277 more than I pay , just put in bigger figures than you pay for the same amount of energy , they are crooks they the owners of the scam make. £50 on ever customer they switch so they switch you ever year for their own ends not the customer

This industry need to be nationalised, it is as good as anyway with the political tinkering of successive governments. How do they hope to convince investors to cover the cost of all this infrastructure if there is no perceivable return?

HOPES for a “green” economic recovery were dealt a blow today when the energy regulator ran into a huge row with the industry over plans for a £25 billion investment in renewables.

Ofgem told energy companies to slash what they pay to shareholders, cut gas and electricity bills by about £20 a year, and direct cash towards a green energy network over the next five years.

The watchdog told consumers: “Less of your money will go towards company shareholders.”
