45p is ridiculously low for this company and its assets.

Still has by far the most customers in the UK.
Boiler care business has scope to grow massively - just look at homeserve...

Answer to prior question, that I could not say, but consolidation in UK more likely to occur. A lot of pressure on existing suppliers to generate positive returns with constant interference from regulators, could imagine EDF/Eon making a bid, huge companies with large balance sheets, and deep pockets.
