BT takeover story today.
British Gas Centrica will be next.
45p is ridiculously low for this company and its assets.
Utility at that.
Directors recently buying and adding to their holdings.

Still has by far the most customers in the UK.
Boiler care business has scope to grow massively - just look at homeserve...
Significant stake in nuclear assets, oil&gas fields
£3Bn from US sale to come and now approved.

Answer to prior question, that I could not say, but consolidation in UK more likely to occur. A lot of pressure on existing suppliers to generate positive returns with constant interference from regulators, could imagine EDF/Eon making a bid, huge companies with large balance sheets, and deep pockets.
