25/7/2020 07:23 | This is a great move by CNA., received a far higher price than the market believed, releases a lot of tension from the balance sheet, and let’s them focus on further disposals and their core arm of UK supply. Most suppliers are under enormous pressure to make money in the UK market, large and small, and CNA will be a lot stronger for the disposal. Global expansion plans are pointless, we have seen that in so many different markets, be it banking, retailing, insurance, oil and gas, the list goes on and on. CNA might even become a target again itself. The burdens of expansion are too great in ever-changing market dynamics, and it is so easy to become a cropper. | bookbroker | |
