14/8/2023 06:33 | Very strong H1 results this morning. With 11.37c adjusted EPS in H1, CNIC are well on track to beat Zeus's forecast of 21.3c EPS this year, which Zeus themselves say is conservative. Cash flows remain terrific, if not quite as high as previously, and are expected to normalise higher again in H2 - CNIC would have reduced net debt by almost $21m without the buybacks, divi and deferred consideration. CNIC themselves state they're trading "at least" in line with expectations, setting up a beat for the year. I note an increase in the mentions of AI in the statement....... CNIC remain exceptionally cheap imho given the cash flows, low rating, digital expansion potential etc. | rivaldo
11/8/2023 12:31 | Chartwise we have the share price now above the 200 ma and the 50 ma turned upwards towards the 200 ma. The 21 ma above the 50 ma and about to break upwards thru 200 ma. So we have momentum and as the low prices drop out of the 50 ma (even if the share price stays where it is). We may get a golden cross where the 50 ma crosses above the 200 ma if the share price rises from here. | yf23_1
11/8/2023 10:57 | Thanks for the data. Share price is only 10% or so higher though; let's say it pushes on further then the 152 might come down to say 120? 100 As a min I'd have thought. So that 5-6 months more | adamb1978

11/8/2023 08:59 | I think its April next year from memory - they have £30m to burn through so it'll take months! You could probably take the latest RNS, caclculate the daily run-rate buy back and work out when they'll have got through the £30m...but it'll be months. By then, they'll have put out a couple more quarters of financials so the cashflow should be staring people in the face by then | adamb1978
11/8/2023 08:17 | Anyone have an idea of when is the planned end date for the share buy backs? | hsduk101
09/8/2023 13:00 | If we have finally exhausted the eager sellers the company may find it difficult to buy regular quantites without forcing up the price. Nice thought. | boadicea
09/8/2023 11:00 | Looking good here, with slow and steady rises each day. Hopefully the buybacks have finally eliminated any large sellers and buying/news flow from here will have a decent impact. | rivaldo

09/8/2023 08:23 | Have you got the link please?Personally I still struggle to see how this is under 200p, with such excellent (and growing) cashflow. | cyberbub
08/8/2023 16:39 | Scratch that - found it. Edison from march last year | adamb1978
08/8/2023 16:35 | Hello I recall reading a free research report about CNIC in the last year or so which listed out their peers/comps and trading multiples for each of those. Does anyone remember seeing that report and can someone remind me who it was? I should probably save these things somewhere... Thanks Adam | adamb1978
08/8/2023 16:11 | It's got 140 firmly in its sights now, amazing update | doobz
08/8/2023 08:14 | Too early to tell but the share price of late is performing differently than past couple of years, watching charts with interest. | diesel
07/8/2023 21:38 | I just cannot see a situation where this doesn't get an offer soon...and an offer with a significant premium at that. Exceptional little business that is pretty much just scaling the internet like a tree and monetising anything it can get its hands on. The Microsoft Bing partnership will also be hitting this quarter...I think we will be in for a very strong second half in my opinion... The key for them is embedded in today's RNS...they have so many different revenue drivers now that they really do seem to fight the good fight vs. a weaker macro environment. We already knew this last year through the year when they just seemed completely unaffected but seems like they are in an even better position now. | ggrantsu
07/8/2023 10:32 | People still don’t understand the mechanics. As they slow down the pace of acquisition and show genuine cash this will double. | deanowls
07/8/2023 10:23 | Looks like a positive RNS, but very hard to put any numbers against that sort of announcement. In a decent market, you might expect a bit of a jump but doesnt surprise me at all that the price hasnt moved today given where small cap sentiment is | adamb1978
07/8/2023 10:17 | Continued positive news. Surprised share price hasn't ticked up more today, looking at the order book | johndoe23
07/8/2023 06:38 | That's a pretty impressive RNSNON: - Booking.com - Klarna - Shopify - and Sovrn, a "leading publisher technology platform reaching 500 million active consumers each day" Not a bad list of partners. | rivaldo
