07/10/2019 20:02 | Update from Investor Relations - I've forwarded the original email received tonight to those people that previously emailed for a copy of latest accounts etc - Makes grim reading I'm afraid. If anyone has any comments or suggestions please respond to crg.investor@outlook Dear Paul, We hope you are well and would like to update you about the situation of the Company. We have tried to communicate to different stakeholders in South Africa to get a better understanding of the situation in relation to CRGSA. And many have suggested that obtaining the business rescue approval from the court will be impossible, and even if the court grant the business rescue application it will probably ask tens of millions of US dollar injection from the shareholders, as the plant is mostly stripped from the illegal miners even though the court has assigned security company, Volsec, to protect the plant. (Please note that Volsec is also the applicant who applied the liquidation of CRGSA). The major shareholder of the Company, Mr Wang, is unable to fund the capital injection from his own. In a nutshell, it seems it is quite highly likely that CRGL will become a shell company in the foreseeable future. If that happens, Mr Wang is unwilling to inject further capital to keep CRGL. We would like to know, if CRGL becomes a shell company, do you think the rest of the shareholders are willing to inject capital (approximately 100,000 pound) to keep CRGL in a compliance status (e.g. remunerate resident agent) and acquire other projects (script deal most likely)? Or will you just suggest that we just close the company for good. Redstone Capital is currently the largest debt holder (approximately USD10m) of the Company, they are willing to convert the debt into equity so the balance sheet looks healthier. Both Redstone Capital and Mr Wang have injected approximately USD17m into this Company, and it is sad that it is highly likely that all shareholders will lose their investment. However, without further capital injection, the Company will facing striking off. Thank you for taking time to read this long email and wish you all the best, Investor Relation | winston270
01/10/2019 21:09 | Any updates????? | syed48
22/9/2019 23:50 | takeachance1 it shouldn't be that difficult for them to find a resident agent in Guernesey, and this is a very good starting point if anyone is corresponding with them:hxxp://www.guer It's a bit worrying to say the least that they claim not to know what has been going on in their own SA subsidiary though!! | the skipper
18/9/2019 16:04 | Thanks for the update . It’s a shame that they have not given some sort of timeline of events. Written off this bet for now. | highseas1
16/9/2019 16:36 | Sorry, this is how it should read... I emailed the company last week for an update. Got the following response this afternoon..... Thank you for your email. Currently, there two focuses of the company: 1.Find a Guernsey based resident agent to join the company in order to prevent the Company striking off, there is a shareholder who knows a Guernsey resident who has expressed interest to join the board. However, the Company is still negotiating terms with this gentleman. 2. Pull CRGSA out of liquidation. The board have learnt that there was a few creditors (including Volsec, iProp and City Power) that have applied the liquidation of CRGSA, and that the board of CRGSA are currently applying Business Rescue to overturn the liquidation order. The company will fully support the board of CRGSA should the high court of South Africa grant the Business Rescue application. Please note that under the management of two previous CEOs, namely Ms Lola Trollip and Mr Johan Dutoit, CRGSA is left with a huge debt (circa USD10m), even if CRGSA is trading out of liquidation, it is still difficult to re-list giving its difficult financial situation. On the other hand, CRGL has much less debt, and should CRGSA fails, there exist a possibility for CRGL to acquire another project and re-list with a much healthier balance sheet. Best Regards, Investor Relation | takeachance1

03/9/2019 09:22 | Let’s hope so, bought gold a while ago and that’s helped. Thought by buying these shares this will add to the pot. I hope this re-lists soon! Any news is much appreciated by a lot of people stuck heavily in this. I have wrote this off but hoping for a miracle . | highseas1
29/8/2019 20:12 | ever increasing gold price must help..just got to find more gold in those hills..theyve got all the manpower at hand and the machinery | johncasey
29/8/2019 14:09 | It looks like they are waiting for a court date to ratify the business rescue. We're not dead and buried yet, there is always the bell tied to the toe whilst we're in the coffin. Chances of getting anything back are extremely thin, but there is still a chance. I'm fairly sure our Chinese friends don't want this to go under as they have a considerable amount to lose. It will be a few months yet before we get any significant news. All my own opinion, DYOR. | bacondude

13/8/2019 20:35 | I emailed CRG last Monday to ask for an update on the AGM. I received a reply yesterday... Thank you for your email. The resolutions were voted in favour. We have noticed that there were a couple of creditors that have applied the liquidation of CRGSA (The South African subsidary company of Central Rand Gold Limited), we have further informed that the board and the labour union of CRGSA are applying business rescue to overturn the liquidation order. | takeachance1
06/8/2019 01:52 | I dont know of any updates for central rand gold but with a gold price of $1470 surely there should be renewed attempts at getting the compamy up and running? | endgame100

30/7/2019 17:13 | All - For your info, I've recently had a reply from CRG Investor Relations which provides a bit of clarity re: Liquidation. There is also a request for help - If anyone knows of a corporate service provider that may be suitable - please let Investor Relations know via crg.investor@outlook crg investor Tue 30/07/2019 16:05 You Dear Paul, Thank you for your email. Please see the attached AGM info pack. In relation to the liquidation event of CRGSA, Central Rand Gold Limited ("CRGL") is also trying to gather as much as information as possible to investigate further, this including seeking clarity from the South African directors of CRGSA as well as other relevant South African stakeholders. However, please note that CRGSA is not the same company as CRGL. No creditors have applied for liquidation of CRGL. Having said that, CRGL has its own issue such as finding a new corporate service provider or a new NED from Guernsey Island. If could you assist with that, please do let us know. Best Regards, Investor Relation | winston270
30/7/2019 09:09 | I think we should side together with the mining union. Both us as share holders and the Mining union (who are taking CRND to court) have the same interest in doing something about this liquidation. I have managed to get contact details for "The Building Allied Mining and Construction Workers’ Union" if anyone is interested in contacting them; it is Bamcwu Smous 0836949855. Sorry don't have e-mail | arvo3
