And the company is still owed money from the case they won. Doubt they'll get anything back unless it's keeping hold of dividends that would be paid out, but not sure if they could sell the debt on.

depends on concentrator..if it dont do very well its all over..if it does well the company will survive imho

Gibbo on LSE seems to think there may be news at the end of the month. Not sure if this means the annual report is due out then, but here's hoping there is good news soon.

Sounds very interesting Temmujin ! With money and experience will he reopen/operate the mine for one and honour previous shareholders loses is the main question.
I had given up on these so anything is a bonus above a complete loss.
Please post any other info you may hear please buddy just to keep the holes alive ;-)

Information source is from registrar office so they can not lie and it was when I last spoke to them

If not, then i guess the info you were given about relisting was probably utter rubbish. If someone can go to the extent of telling you that the company is going to relist then surely they should have more information.
