10/11/2018 08:30 | Hello Syed48... the source is the now departed family investor in CRND from China. I spoke at length with him regarding our problems, it boils down to money, ie we don’t have enough of it. There’s Gold to be had & a 5m dollar investment would reap huge benefits, but our beloved CRND has been run very VERY badly by people and board members with no interest in making the company work. I have learnt a valuable lesson, don’t invest in small cap businesses where the board doesn’t have a vested interest in the companies future. Still, I hope I’m wrong and you’re right, only time will tell. | bacondude

06/11/2018 07:42 | From September 2018 - Without the mining right, we had to immediately stop open pit mining which there is no revenue. It is even more difficult now, we can't pay salary to staffs, which they are threatening to strike, we failed to make payment plan to creditors, which our finance director, Ashwin Naidoo, advised that the local court could force the Company liquidated in weeks. Luckily, there is a local SA company that is happy to do toll treatment with CRGSA. It has tailing materials and is happy to inject a little bit of capital to pay some consumables and salary for the staffs, however they require to manage the plant themselves and ask some of our senior managers to resign . Because they don't trust our management can handle the plant better than them. This is probably the best plan for the Company, if they can manage the plant well, our company can survive (although less appealing to investors without mining right)most of our employees can keep their jobs, this local SA company can earn some tolling fees and hopefully help us to reduce the debt. Although some DMR officers aruges that the plant comes with the mining right, without mining right, you can't use the plant and deposit tailing underground. So I think it is better to leave this local company to fight with DMR about plant usage for tollings and deposition right. | bacondude
31/10/2018 20:40 | Hope to see a positive news regarding AGM Which is due now and expected soon | syed48
30/10/2018 01:57 | I have received an email response from the registered UK office of the CRND copied below Dear Syed I'm very well thank you, and hope you are also. Unfortunately, there is very little I can update you on at this moment in time. In accordance with Company law, CRG is set to hold an Annual General Meeting before the end of the year. We are discussing this with the directors at the moment and expect notice to be provided soon. Kind regards Harry -----Original | syed48
29/10/2018 22:25 | bacondude...yes can you email copy of the letter? | temmujin
29/10/2018 11:17 | CRND are in agreat deal of trouble in case no one has noticed. We have lost the mining rights, I have a copy of the letter if anyone is interested. We are producing approx 1kg per week and need 2 to break even. We need investment to the tune of $2m to stave off the circling vultures aka Puno. I am not sure who Harry is, but from the information I have gathered we are close to the end. I said close, not at the end. We have some incredible assets, but the SA business community is very difficult to trade in. The new laws passed whilst attempting to rebalance years of imbalance are poorly thought out. But, we have to play by their rules and other companies are successfully trading and making money. CRND needs a cash injection a very big one and a management team who are invested in the goal of the company ie to make money rather than just take a salary. Whilst I want CRND to survive and flourish, I am not hopeful. I will be very happy to hear from anyone who has news to the contrary, this information has come direct from the company in South Africa. | bacondude
