I have read the full article about this on city news, it doesn’t say company had decided for liquidity only one of the creditor has a court order for liquidation but the crg Director is challenging it in court before the 26/5 it will be valid on from 26/5 if the company doesn’t pay the amount to this creditor, let’s see

These informations are from the registered office I called the office and they have informed me about this, I asked the sabr question to the registered office and they have advised me to contact the brokers as any correspondence related to shares will be sent directly the brokers

I have spoken to the registered office today

The company is in the final stages of sending the AGM notice

There could be 2 options

Relist or offer to share holders

All depending on the funding if they get it relist will be better for the share holders

Gibbo, The problem we're going to have now is, how many shareholders still actually check in to ADVFN CRND & LSE Bulletin Boards anymore for updates / that could provide increased support.

When CRND management don't even a toss about their workers and simply shut up shop overnight & place armed guards on the facility. I don't think they're going to care about their shareholders. It's clear they are no longer playing by the rules i.e. using workers pension payments to stay afloat, they seem to owe every man & their dog & they are showing no urgency to undertake an AGM when it is a legal requirement to maintain the Guernsey registered company.

Gibbo I have 300k in shares that you can add to that. Like most share holders I would like some clarity on what's going on here from the company.
