Me too, though don’t get your hopes up on a huge settlement for us shareholders, part of me thinks this has been the plan all along. Look like you are helping, do all the right things, but ultimately not succeed. Offer existing shareholders a paltry amount to let them get something back and then take it private. We know there are Billions of dollars in Gold there, we know the concentrator works ( William told me ) oddly now there has been radio silence since October. I predict an offer of 0.005 per share as this was the last share price before suspension. I suppose it’s better than nothing, but still a huge loss for me.

Interesting news, it looks like there is an AGM on the cards and an offer for shareholders is one of the proposals, the others aren't quite so good. No precise details yet, but the timings are looking like within 4 weeks. Cant get any more info, sorry. At least by the end of April we can have some form of resolution be it Good, Bad or Ugly. We've obviously had no confirmation from CRND, but I'm led to believe that William Zhaung resigned in early Oct 2018 (Gibbo1666 will be able to confirm this). I believe he looked after CRND Investor Relations & was a useful source of info.

It seems like every one has just given up, even despite the fact in Jan at least, they were still trading with 120 employees.

I have contacted the board regarding the website. They have advised that they will look into the matter and ensure it is up and running as soon as possible.

My email was returned undeliverable eventually (after a couple of days), it seems they haven't paid the bill.....

The dewatering is the responsibility of TCTA, CRND having nothing to do with it. I believe the waterlevel data stopped on CRND's website last year at the same time they were stripped of their mining rights.

i cant understand why the de watering of the mine never came to anything...it was doing great then suddenly came to a stand still..makes you wonder if it was all deliberate to run the company into the ground and eventually take it private

I've re-sent my email from end of Jan to investor relations & copied in [e-mail]. Not holding my breath for a reply, but at least the email appears to have been delivered this time, they've obviously since paid the bill.....
