I’ll post the details when I get back in (mid-late afternoon). If I remember correctly, the address on the envelope flap was Capita Registrar, but I will confirm both addresses later.

Is there anywhere online where the CRND AGM document can be downloaded? Or can anyone post contact email address at CRND's Guernsey registrar? My broker doesn't issue AGM voting etc as standard.

I have read the full article it doesn’t say the company has decided to go for liquidation actually one of creditor has taken thx company to court fir their outstanding money which is not that much apparently no other creditors have asked for it

The company director had decided to face this in court,

The above posted earlier by johncasey shows there is little point making contact. The liquidators will deal with it. Usually there is little left and it's too far away under a difficult foreign government.

syed, the Netherlands Asset your referring too, is that the underground mine & mining rights? If so, there were rumours suggesting that CRND had been stripped of their mining rights again due to insufficient mix of ethnicity of employee's(that seemed to be around the time that the water level data was last published by TCTA on their website). Nothing confirmed by the company again though.

If they had a £100 million asset, do you know think that they might run the company differently to how the have been i.e. not paying their suppliers, not paying their staff, dipping in to the staff pension deductions, no contact with investors, ignoring any form of deadlines for AGM to retain Guernsey registered company etc, etc
