i did that with ronson plc..put 2 million in a safeguard account with other shareholders and even took all the certificates to london,Bush house...never heard a word since..dont know what happened to my holding ..did someone benefit from doing this? no idea

We are 2 months over the required AGM dates and even the reg office holders are frustrated by the lack of contact. As shareholders we can club together and try to force an AGM, but this will cost money. I will talk to Simon Charles and see what if any advice he can offer. I'm happy to revel my share holding, if anyone wants to collate them and see how much clout we have. I'm at 1.1m. Gibbo

That’s an option JohnCasey, not certain they'd get to 2p anytime soon though. From my understanding they have to have an AGM within a set time frame after their year end which I believe is getting close.

Gibbo thanks for all your efforts here!!! All we can do now is wait and see how this going to pan out.I will continue to post on here what news that is out there good or bad.But like all holders I would like to see a return here.

syed48 That was based on what Gibbo has posted on here,we have had other news since then,We will not get AGM this mouth now as they have to give notice But untill we get more news it's anyone's guess at the moment.
Ps I also believe that Gibbo is a genuine poster that had contacts in this company in the past.
