could PI's screwed again in bookbuild placing
look just what happened with PCA
price will be announced at some point today
i will work on profits forecast over the weekend

We need to see the detail and what analysts are forecasting in terms of eps and cash flow generation to be able to judge.

Company is gearing up via bank debt as well as raising equity.

No opportunity for PI's to participate in the new equity raising which is disappointing but maybe not surprising, i.e. we will get diluted by circa 40%.

We're talking about a stock with a big dividend yield and an acquisition that's going to enhance EPS straight away.I would be surprised if there's much discount at all.

£2 will certainly hold, a 5-7% discount IMO. The talk of £2 is frankly ludicrous.

Will it hold £2.00 for the placing? Not much one can do as it's suspended so hope the story builds as they move toward relisting. Not quite what I invested in Caml for.

Everyone stunned into silence? Odd situation in the bookbuild will be competed and closed long before the shares relist (4th Q). Results look good but no idea about acquisition and look forward to views.

Canaccord Genuity Group have bought Hargreave Hale ..the BUSINESS. The CAML shares would have hardly even been considered as an entity in the transaction. The most stupid of things are said on these forums.

Having contacted the company they advise that the interims will be published before end of September (legal requirement, apparently). The suspension is likely to remain in place for a few more weeks.

FTSE fall this week is all down to £ strength as alot of the components are global earners
