With CEY now trading above the offer price that tells us one thing.

The market is expecting a higher bid and even while we are waiting, with gold rising and likely to continue then Endeavour's share price, hence the offer price will likely rise anyway since it is an all share offer.

Was in a meeting all day yet happy with today's bounce . Shame that I had 125 in automatic profit take . From 112 and 119 ( 2 long spread beds ) still can't complain as I nearly got stopped recently . Gap up took me by surprise and either way I was not at my desk . I will continue to monitor .

I think it would be safe to assume that there may well likely be an increased offer from Endeavour Mining (notwithstanding the possibility of further interest from other suitors).
