Monopoli beings that you needed sub 118 by end of play to make anything then that makes you the biggest LOSER in here when most in here are holders that have enjoyed 15% plus increase since last week. You have a serious mental issue and no money now . Unless you are working for an investment house of course and being paid as a basher ?

Plat, please don’t try to sound informed about such things. The underlying asset is commercial not resi. Foxtons will benenfit from a Boris win which is coming right up. Lets see what the price of Foxt is in one year shall we. Its share price is a barometer for confidence in the London resi market. Its not rocket science chap.

It's distributed to the retail market... That's what makes it a retail fund.Which means it's a weather bell of the publics perception of property health.The other times tbe fund was suspended was 2016 and 2007. What happened to foxtons during those periods?

Commercial property fund Plat, you mean.
Foxtons is solely resi.
Its been v kind to me buying at 50p. I am
up over £33k on it so far.
Will be north of 80p on a Boris win but I am in for the long run on that one, she’s a keeper. Savills and LSL too.

Personally quite happy with the way we are, average of 52p, my shares are all in an ISA, good divi, no Debt and a lot of years mining life just to name a few plus's. What's there not to like?.Except listening to the moron shorters ;-)

Two points. Nothing on here is going to affect the share price and punters (as opposed to buy-and-holds) are invariably too optimistic. Work our the odds and it's probably money in the bank or a gamble.

I wonder how much manipulation is taking place in the stock at the moment, certainly Endevour does not want the stock to go too far up.
So in holding stock in Centamin is able to play on the order book to their interest ( manipulate )

109 to about 128 is a nice profit of about 17.43%.

I would think that some of you would find that useful to take.

It will be interesting to see how high or not,this goes before the eventual profit taking and a fall back to get back in.
