Why would we want to merge with Endeavour. They are at the opposite end of the scale to Centamin. Ive invested in a debt free company that pays a good dividend. Why would I want to change that.

Creditcrunchies .. I blame the board . Messing about too long with lower grades to prolong the mine life and their salaries has dragged the share price IMHO . Production issues have made this a target .

even the shareholders know 125p is a ridiculous offer it would need to be 175p + to get some interest their value of the company is based on gold prices closer to $1000-$1200 range. I'd rather just hold waiting for $2000+ on gold price that would take the share price above 200p

The large drop today was unusual considering the merger offer of 127p now 125p.
Any retrace of 50% normally takes a few days not 2 days.

If they bid 175p they could succeed especially with gold prices long term will likely be over $2000 within the next 2 to 5 yrs

The only trouble with Monopoli's short is that he said he closed it yesterday when the share price was 130p !!!!
