Many of the resource stocks, most of which are unloved whilst acquiring potential assets have the potential to do a lot more than just go to 4p plus. Many have the potential to evolve into £1 plus companies and emphasis is on POTENTIAL as I'm no ramper.

Of course some will fail, but Copper will be required which will mean others, especially the larger companies, will be forced to either buy out smaller ones, or start extraction of assets (if they can get them) that have what we may consider now to be very poor assays.

Even China who recently took copper out of its strategic reserve will be unable to hold back copper price, and aluminium is no real substitute as if we want the most efficient motors etc., its got to be copper.

With further drilling due to commence as stated in a previous RNS this should do well over the next quarter. In for 10k earlier today and want 4p plus.

New short video interview out from Geoffrey Read, Non-Executive Director of CCZ.
Mr Read set up his own consultancy in 2008 and is a "renowned geologist" and was head of mines at Mt Isa & Broken Hill, Australia. On the other forum.

Cadence has also issued an RNS today on the latest CCZ*s Geologist Consultant*s report. Both dated 7 Oct 2021

I should also mention that in the CCZ RNS, it is stated that the 2nd payment of A$1m will not be made UNLESS Litchfield has the same JORC as Core Lithium*s Finniss project, NT, Australia at 7.4Mt @1.3% Li20. In the same clause, it is also stated that the JORC is to be "modelled by SPK Consultancy." This clause is from the VENDORS ie Cadence [29%] + 71% owner of Litchfield lithium project. Kindly check the said RNS.

hxxps://www.srk.com
SPK Consultancy: "Leading international mining consultancy firm."

This does seem to be in line with Cadence*s Founder/Chairman [former] hiring of experts as I elucidated above?

I reckon that you'll see a decent profit from that... I hope so as I'm in at the same price.

pensionplanner and all,

Given you were interested in the Vendor*s Geologist Consultant, there is more details that has come out today from Alan Green*s new interview on CCZ via Vox Markets today, 6 Oct 2021.

From the past, Cadence used SPK Consulting for their Sonora Greater Lands Scoping Study that showed an NPV of US$2bn [Stage 2 of which Cadence has a 30% JV] .This is contrasted with BCN*s own JORC on Ventana 88%, Stage 1 of Sonora with an NPV of US$1bn [just over]. Cadence, former name REM plc *s Founder, DL used SPK Consulting also for their Greenland licence, next to GGG*s Kvanjfeld world class REE project. DL tends to use world class consultants like Schlumberger etc for say his oil project. However, now, I dont know what is their style given KM has taken over as CEO of Cadence.

Interesting that Alan Green revealed that the CCZ GEOLOGIST CONSULTANT C O N F I R M E D Cadence*s Geologist Consultant*s work on Litchfield-Picasso lithium project, NT & WA, Australia. From the 4 pics seen from the CCZ RNS, I note that the new Geolgist Consultant took a pic of the trench and he marked it with CHAINS like this / / to delinate perhaps the width but that is only my logic. I was NOT AWARE of this until Mr Green revealed that the new Geo Consultant CHECKED the old Geo Consultant*s work which Cadence commissioned in 2019 and RNS*ed it [2]. I have posted the details of the Apr 2019 RNS from Cadence and what the Geo Consultant found plus his field work.

Anyhow, do check and listen as Alan Green said the Broken Hill IPO *s mkt cap $4-7m.

Plus Mr Green gave a more detailed commentary on BIG ONE & ARYA.
I have to listen to it again because I hear a term which I have to check before posting.

Thanks goes to Cadence other forum as one poster spotted it today. So, attribution and thanks to this poster.

I have held a small position here for some time and wondered why there was so little traffic.Following your post 810 I trolled back through the last couple of months to see who,if not pensionplanner, you were talking about. I found nothing. What is the problem? I despise the foul vindictive posts on many sites but am unaware of any here. Please enlighten me.

No one likes unpleasantness so it is their choice to post where they find some
friendly common ground. Same as in life isnt it? The book: how to win friends and influence people comes to mind. I dont know about others but I certainly hold to that common courtesy as both pensionplanner and I express views which each one respects but may nor may not agree to. Most people want info and given no info but unplesantness, they go, simple isnt it?

PROOF AND EVIDENCE? Yes, till today, no want wants to post here.
No info, no chat = nothing =no one finds any mutual benefit. They flock elsewhere? Ask them if you know who are this forum*s posters if you can find them and plead please come back? LoL.5.10.21

Same with food restaurants - if good , friendly service with nice food, people flock but poor service, not nice food, people run off?

New Ged Hall interview just out today, 4 Oct 2021

News news or more news on Picasso & Litchfield due diligence plus ARYA wherein "drill teams HAVE ARRIVED." Per Mr Ged Hall, Director, CCZ: ARYA Copper Project, Qld, Australia. "What we believe could be a very big discovery."

Ged Hall: "Great news for shareholders.
Due Diligence: Identified significant surface lithium occurrences at Picasso.
Identified -----69 individual pegmatites---. Picasso, 14 km from Liontown*s BULDANIA lithium project, WA, Australia. Easy by road."

Ged Hall: "Litchfield lithium project, NT, Australia:
Due Diligence: "C O N T I G U O U S WITH CORE LITHIUM."

Kindly listen and check as there can always be listening errors. DYOR.

This forum is now empty A F T E R a certain poster arrived - it appears that after the post of what appears to be of a "personal" "nature"??, everyone ran off including me. I just looked and decided to post the news just out from Ged Hall, Director, CCZ as above. Its not you, pensionplanner by the way.

I have been following Litchfield & Picasso for a long time.
Cadence Minerals did an RNS in 2019 with the results of their work using a Geologist Consultant & Mapping came from Geological Society of WA & Northern Territory Govt Strike Platform. Cadence commissioned the work.

Cadence now owns 29% of Litchfield & Picasso, Australia whilst the 71% is owned by a private co.

So, this Geologist Consultant is familiar with the work on both these projects as he found the WAGS mapping on Picasso and NT Govt Strike platform for Litchfield + field work etc.

For CCZ to use their own Geo means they will have to start ALL OVER AGAIN as a new Geo will not be familiar with the previous work ALL DONE by Cadence.

But each to their own.

Caveat Emptor:

"A preliminary site visit by a geological consultant, organised by the Vendor Group"

I would be happier with a site visit organised by Castillo with their own geological consultant.

The Aussie market seems to like the news. I do agree with the spreading themselves and the funds thinly though. I have read that Cobalt is becoming less relevant and may be replaced by other materials. Lithium isn't going anywhere.

Seem to be spreading themselves wide but very thin.

The terms seem very weighted in favour of the sellers. They either want to sell at a price or not, but to include an NSR also, cuts into the potential of buying it. They obviously don't want to work it, but want profit from someone else working it. Perhaps a JV would be better.

With the emphasis apparently on copper and lithium, does that mean we can expect a disposal of the zinc and cobalt assets, but where cobalt is just as important if not more in all things electrification.

Are Castillo just buying what they can with the hope of producing something as I'd like to see a lot more progress on proving up at least one asset, unless of course they are so confident that ongoing assets are going to be stellar.

If they're exercising two options they'll need some cash - unless they already have it and I'm unembarrassed to admit I can't be bothered to check whether they have or not.
