Now beginning to feel a bit sorry for our Aussie cousins. Their system stopped them from trading and now we've knocked the price up big time. Seems like ethical trading rules can do you no favours. Ironic.Will they keep the momentum going I wonder or sell into the rise if the RNS is not as momentous as we think.

The EGM is for the second lot of shares.

The company always said it would be issued in 2 tranches with EGM required for the small amount of the second tranche

"CCZ will issue a total of 278,395,961 New Shares at $0.042 (£0.023) per share. 140,592,523 New Shares will be issued using the Company’s existing 7.1 capacity, 97,502,707 New Shares will be issued using the Company’s existing 7.1A capacity and 40,300,731 New Shares will be issued upon obtaining shareholder approval in a General Meeting to be called in due course"

EGM agenda on their website under announcements.

Apparently they should have sought shareholder approval before issuing new shares allocations. So - looking to retrospectively sort it now.
