Trading volumes last week started to show life. But only on Thursday did they hit a 1.1 million level the normal expected daily volume post merger.

IMHO ___IF, and it is a big IF, we get an RNS then volumes may hit between 3 and 9 million. The exceptional maximum volume was 55 million on 22Nov17.

Rose tinted specs not for Casper currently and won't make an appearance until they deliver that commercial deep. Too many false dawns and 11 years of it has left me with a good deal of cynicism.I'm still here because of BNG and hopefully my patience does get finally rewarded !News this week probably, so much to report, let's hope not the next episode of Carvetspeak.

Last update - 29 May
801 sidetrack was drilled, and lined (I think in the end we concluded that despite ambiguity, the liner HAD been run rather than was planned to be run)
A5 - waiting on drill mud from 801 to clear obstruction
A6 - waiting on drill pipe from 801 to reperforate well

It would by now be possible that 801 was into its test, and A5 and A6 activities could have been done. They said in the last RNS that 801 could be brought to flow test, so I don't think they'd need to RNS if this is what they did.

I'm not suggesting for a moment that this is the most likely scenario, just that having declared the work program for these wells, there would be no requirement to issue another RNS until/unless there was a material change in circumstances

It would go higher Maxim imo as the hype will kick in but not immediately. Probably won't go until flow test is successful and that's why we may get a muted response following A5 failure.

Highest price paid, sadly in 169 shares only. Not massive investor confidence . On a more cheery subject. Were 801 to be a success my guess it goes to 18 p. Thoughts from anybody else ?

Agreed smarty. The best day for a positive RNS is probably Tuesday and Clive and the company brokers and NOMAD know it!

Never on a Friday unless you're looking to bury news and that's usually later in the day.Current action is probably TA driven as this ship hasn't been leaky for some time. Hopefully the volume is from oily Kazakhs and we'lll see some follow through but I doubt it.
