I'm going to stick it out until they succeed/fail with A5. Peeps have forgotten the dark days here whereby we had our Jonny as the resident doomster and prophesising the end of days for the Pox. Not the same today with shallow production and associated revenue underpinning the share price As always, time will tell.

Probably not big enough at M/cap if 165m and will appear on more fund radars at 250+

The other companies presenting are all known in the market and most are basket cases.

FRR, promised much over last 10 years and that story continues, remind you of somebody else ?

AST - I lost faith there in the ENG era, a serial underachiever.

Solo and Ritson, no thank you.

JOG - Statoil running the show there and I believe an op going forward. Directors awarded soft options at current price, nothing new there !

I believe Casper has the best story by miles but can they deliver our A5 and future wells, I believe they will.

I would guess 2 issues. Lack of liquidity to build a position. Also no clear ability to deliver on a deep .

TB,Expectant beached walrus here.I find it intriguing that they've not been able to get an institution on board. The story is so good on paper, why aren't the insti's clambering on board ?Thoughts ?

They've made their intentions known and are being more active with their PR. They've set expectations and timelines and it's all about delivery now. Credibility will come from delivering results in a timely manner. Not an exact science and always issues but any more delays will damage their company credibility further.They must give a status RNS pre O&G conference on Thursday, even if it's a holding statement. Just want honest communication going forward and if they've got issues then be upfront with it and the planned remedial action, timeline to resolution.Still one of the best AIM investments on paper, all down to delivery now.Tick, tock.

So 60 mboe from our Casper will fill the gap. They said that they're heading for 20,000 bobd so that will only leave Kaz with 53m to find ! Kaz producing 600mb a year and growing. Let's hope that a little extension of Tengiz sits under BNG (-:

Kazakhstan plans to produce 87 million tons of oil in 2018, the country's Energy Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said at a news conference held at the prime ministry in Astana on Monday.

The country's oil production reached 86.2 million tons in 2017, with an increase of 10.5 percent compared to 2016, while oil exports rose by 12.4 percent, reaching 69.8 million tons, according to Bozumbayev.

The Energy Minister shared that 49.5 million tons of the produced oil was obtained from Kazakhstan's major oil fields, and added, "In Kashagan, 8.3 million tons of oil, in Tengiz 28.7 million tons and in Karachaganak 12.5 million tons of oil were produced. The volume of produced oil is expected to be around 87 million tons in 2018."

"Natural gas production increased to 52.9 billion meters in 2017, by 14 percent compared to 2016. This year, 53.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas are planned for production. Natural gas exports increased by 26.3 percent compared to 2016, reaching 17.3 billion cubic meters. It is expected that exports will be around 17.2 billion cubic meters," he reported.

Bozumbayev also said that production of 2.9 million tons of liquefied natural gas was made in 2017, with expectations of further increases to 23 million tons in 2018.

The country set records in the energy sector in 2017, he said, adding that he anticipates that 2018 will continue with this growth trend.

He noted that the country exported natural gas to China in 2017 for the first time. "The first 1 billion cubic meters of natural gas were delivered within the framework of the 5 billion cubic meters of natural gas agreement we have made, and we plan to export 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas to China in the future," he said.
