P

I'd be amazed if X has left his money undisturbed in Roxi/Casp, he's a very shrewd chap and I'd wager you that he has at least quadrupled his money over 18 years by trading in and out on peaks and troughs of share price ;-)

If doesn't quite work like that as my initial cash investment has increased massively over recent years and the op to amass a chunk since Covid at silly prices. Also a little trading pot to make profit but in my case, that gets reinvested to average down and increase holding. It'll take very little movement from here to see far greater returns and 'hopefully' that starts now :)I'm still a buyer down here but I don't believe I'll have the opportunity to pick up too many cheapies tomorrow or Friday .

Apologies. Just amazed anyone would remain in a aim share for 18 years. No offence intended.

You think he doesn't realise that? What a pointless comment.

Some prefer to look ahead, not backwards.

I'm getting old and it doesn't take much to confuse me!

CC and his bloomin RNSs always manage to keep me 'hanging' like you say X LOL

803 is becoming a classic Hollywood drama with more twists and turns and what ifs before we get the climax in the final scene, of course if the producers are going for a Trilogy they will keep you in suspense even when the curtain falls on Act 1!

"Just when I thought I was out they pull me back in"

So there we are, all we know for sure is that an 15m interval at 803 is being tested because they found traces of oil in a 60m column, we know nothing else, is CC holding back info, maybe, probably

Just remember somebody was playing with the private investors when it came to the barge, why was the transponder turned off for a month in the run up to the AGM, then just as CC stood up at 11am to give his address to shareholders the transponder starts pinging on barge...

Have you ever watched a cat(fat) play with a mouse for hours before it eventually goes in for the kill....

Caveat emptor

OR

Caveat venditor

We may be getting closer to a definitive answer, but I'm not holding my breath

Good luck to all, tock tock tick ping ;-)

I'd love to P but I had my eye on those in the 3-4p range so you may have to wait ;)Very important couple of days ahead and I go believe we get something tomorrow, if so, let's hope it's positive enough to absorb profit taking and to bring in new buyers .

i guess that's what will happen. hanging.

or will cc surprise us this time with more than half baked info raising more questions than answers and in good time?

management have little interest in the share price if there comes a time when they do want to see the share price up, either for sale or other corporate purpose, then they know how to do do it because its the pi tail that wags the cp dog in that regard.

If we don't get conclusive position on 155 and the same with 803, this will leave questions and investor distrust will thwart any large move north. Ideally we need this info tomorrow ie 155 now flowing for 2 weeks on 4.5mm choke, delivering 900 bopd. The same with 803 together with API and plans going forward, to produce from current zone or drill on. If we don't get news, we don't break out and then that leaves an opportunity for buyers with a longer term view to absorb the stock from those who want out. What we don't want is to be left hanging until Friday accounts release.

If it opens at 6p on resumption of trading, won't some chartist person pop up to say there's a gap down to 3.25p that will need to be filled before CASP can advance?

Much that CE and a positive 155 is great news, we need 803 otherwise this trades 4-5p BUT that leaves a huge opportunity for the bulls who want to buy more knowing that this will deliver in H2.

The Board expects to publish the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 by the end of the week, which would allow a resumption in the trading of the Company's shares on AIM.I read that as a resumption on Friday.Let's hope it's not a damp squib and at least 6p.

The last update stated we'd get another update on 155 and I suspect that'll be pre accounts publication but hopefully we get 803 too. Some serious money to be made here and I'm expecting buying and profit taking and I'll be there helping absorb some of it, rude not to .

NN,Impossible to say but I'd agree that there will be a lot of larger PI individual holdings now, largely as a result of the share price demise to the 1.75p lows. I know of several chunky holders but there are others that post and allegedly have big holdings too. As you say, the share register will only show c 20 holders that have disclosed holdings of 10m + but does not highlight those nominee holdings under the WHI/AJ Bell, Barclays, Halifax, II etc. It will be interesting to see how this trades on re-admission. As stated, 803 makes a considerable difference but there maybe a huge opportunity to get some VFM ie cheap stock if share price didn't jump as expected. I will be a buyer regardless of 803 news as the NAV v share price are disconnected. I'll be picking up Penrith's stock ;)

Quite funny really X . I make a response to you regarding my top slicing approach and it generates 14 posts on LSE. You've got to laugh.Shouldn't be long now before we regain control over our investment. I'm going to keep shtum for a while, I don't want to jam the LSE board.

X,

Left field question for you!

How many PIs in CASP do you think currently have investment pots >10m shares?

I know it's impossible to be accurate because alot of the holdings on register are hidden behind AJB HL CS pension trustees

Just wondering what percentage of the free float is now in the hands of the >10m shares club

I'm thinking the percentage is alot higher than it was say 9 months ago

Tock tock tock ping ;-)

Penrith,Your money, your strategy, ignore the noise, it's your game. Et al,803 success really does change the landscape and future for Caspian. If no positive news on 803 pre salt find, they push on to the original target and Q3/4 is going to be jam packed with news and will build on current successes. Those that sell may be topslicing a la Penrith, exiting completely, others maybe trading with a view to selling and hoping price retreats so they can average down or build the pot. Everyone trading risks the company making news ie a flowing deep or a surprise announcement but only one person responsible for pressing that buy/sell button .
