after reading all the press over the last 2 days, consensus is it's expected to come back from suspension but nearer the 15 to 20p mark according ro the spread betting firm which was offering a grey market quote.

TOPINFO the shorts will suffer as much as the longs if the company goes bust and does not relist!

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up

Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to
credit
and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position
to prevent avoidable exposure.

don't forget - if you can do better on the stock market cf. base rates then you are a star.

Carter & Carter announces that John Green has resigned as Group Finance Director and from the Board of Carter & Carter with immediate effect. He has agreed to stay with the Group until a successor is appointed.

The search for a new Group Finance Director is underway. In the interim period, the Board is seeking to appoint an acting finance director and in the meantime will receive assistance from senior consultants engaged recently to strengthen the Group's finance function. A further announcement will be made in due course.

not giving up still .. back to UK soils after 10 days of out and about and some good news/some bad .. good news -> manage to sign a deal to sell one of my companies .. bad news, CART is going to hurt for some time .. However I have a rule .. in time of uncertainities, it is always prudent (if I can continue funding my positions) to wait for the clouds to clear up .. I must say I am bit disppointed with the management casually figuring out that there is some asset they cannot recover but before passing a damning judgement on the management, I would wait to speak with them first .. let us see what next days will bring .. seems like the suspension is unlikely to be lifted until the results are announced.. all the best for every one with a position .. long or short ..
