another - What 1224 means is that the wife's shares were worth £123m, (a probate value) when the shares were £12.50 but sadly not worth that much anymore.

c and c have just cut the cloth accordingly internally, to meet with the business where it is, and to strengthen moving forwards.

this had led to a % of staff being placed at risk, but not the business... if your projected PROFIT was to be 25M then turns out to be 15M (but still PROFIT) then your left a little short, so to make the deal to the bank u cut your cloth

bank support is good, ceo announcemnt is immenent +'VE NEWS ON BIDS AND EXPECTED

The new CEO was due to be announced in September - must be very imminent.

Also, contract announcements due anytime now and so share price movement north may not be far off.

I have been reading a book by Mohnish Pabrai - the Dhundho Investor .. this was mentioned by John Luther in FT Long View few weeks back. I see CART still as "head I win, tail I dont loose much" investment at these prices .. I have been quite successful with ACE (still holding) and DTZ/PHP (which I have been building up for nearly 5 years - right now they are in their downward mood swing) .. so I have faith in my reasoning on recovery for CART substantiated by discussion with the management etc.. Unfortunately NRK turned out to be a very bad call .. may be driven by the huge momentum against me ..
