01/12/2021 09:57 | That's the end of the ball game on AIM for CIHL. It looks as if they left AIM to avoid the regulations. Those who remained onboard will have a quiet time and will be able to study the situation on the Bermuda Exchange. 03/11/2021 00:23 | hxxps://jpjenkins.co See this for the latest trades - once in a blue moon! If you want to buy/sell, you need there to be someone else who will buy/sell the same quantity of shares. | horace678
02/11/2021 23:36 | I looked at WIHL's web site. I know little about the business but I like the location :-). The last share price i saw was around 0.03 USD. Shocking. | gazzleberry
02/11/2021 11:12 | Thanks. I think you may be right. I just noticed that the surge of sales over the last couple of days have pretty much dried up. I hate having to make this type of decision. We can't stop the delisting, I just need to believe that this is being done for greed and, for that reason, I am going to hang on. I have already set up a broker account that I am told I can use for holding the shares. | gazzleberry
02/11/2021 10:31 | Good luck to you. You will probably reap benefits in the long run. | horace678
02/11/2021 09:55 | I have made my decision, rightly or wrongly, to stay in. I have zero faith in the BoD but happy to ride on Ashcroft's coat tails. | gazzleberry
01/11/2021 10:32 | I looked at WIHL oddly enough after you mentioned it. I will go back and have a look later today. My thoughts are Scotiabank bought for peanuts but hasn't contributed to the numbers yet. Share price is well below Net Asset Value. Survived Covid-19. Buybacks to benefit the remaining shareholders by using money that could have been used for all shareholders. | gazzleberry
01/11/2021 10:29 | You will still be dealing on the Jenkins exchange which is sluggish to say the least. I once tried to sell some WIHL and my order was there for months before I withdrew it. | horace678
01/11/2021 10:00 | I have just had an email back from X-O (Jarvis). Although they cannot hold CIHL shares at X-O, I can move them to another Jarvis service ShareDealActive and purchase / sell CIHL through there. I have still more research to do yet. | gazzleberry
31/10/2021 19:49 | Many thanks for your help. | gazzleberry
31/10/2021 19:29 | Note the shares have recently gone up 20% after the EOY results. The company is buying back shares up to 5m to give us a chance to sell at a decent price, 38p. | horace678
31/10/2021 19:23 | BSX and Jenkins only. On BSX you need to be a "qualified investor" which means an investment of $100k minimuum. On Jenkins you may struggle to trade the shares. Even if CIHL does well the results won't necessarily be reflected in the share price. I have had WIHL shares on Jenkins for yrars and until something big happens it is dead money. | horace678
31/10/2021 14:03 | Mention of trading using J P Jenkins has been made. As I understand matters, they usually private companies etc. My understanding is that the company will still be a publicly traded company on the BSX, FWB and US OTC exchanges or am I totally wrong? | gazzleberry
31/10/2021 11:35 | Like the Waterloo shares (Wihl) they will be hard to trade and the price may not reflect the value. You would make money if the company was ever sold off but you might to wait years. | horace678
31/10/2021 10:16 | Is it just me considering retaining the shares and keeping them after the delisting? | gazzleberry
30/10/2021 20:42 | So a case of take the hit and run! | toffeeman |
