Apart from an impending market correction,one possible explanation could be that the mm's have dropped the price today in the hope of raising it on Monday on the back of what should be a positive update by SCSW which I believe is due out this weekend.

I completely failed to notice that UBS have upped their stake in this company in January.

Mind you, no one else seemed to notice it either!

I paid 190p last month thats the easy bit but I am happy to hold which is the difficult part and I'm sure holders will be rewarded with a 30% return in the next 12 months.

Hi Everyone,

Just sold my DTY holding with a view to getting in here on any weakness.

As I see it, like DTY this is a defensive play - I am an ecomomic bear.

DTY has made me a superb return but now on a p/e of 700+ (!!) I think this little stock has much more growth potential.

My family are in the care business so I know that fortunately/unfortunately the future is in consolidation and larger groups as small operators cannot handle the mountains of red tape, HSE rules, fire regs etc etc etc.

Anyone care for an argument as to the pros/cons of this stock?

I was expecting at least 3 million for the finals and yet they are half that but the market likes the expansion plans so they cant be wrong.

SCSW has added Caretech to their main portfolio in Decembre hence the price movement.
Finals Wednesday.

Expected to make 5 million sterling for next year so still very cheap.. p/e of around 12 is not expensive.
Another week to go for year results which should be interesting.

Why would anybody sell at 146p now when they could pick up 150p and a dividend, unless they think that the takeover will not go through. Any thoughts. Looking to take cash ,not shares and cash.

Madia Square seems a progressive company (with all the recent aquisition news). The 101p plus MSQ shares seems to be a nice middle-of-the-road option. All depends on the price of MSQ when(if) the deal goes through and a decision needs to be made.

There are several companies with v. quiet BBs (ag ABM) that I 'monitor'. Good to get away from all the day traders that ramp and de-ramp in the busy boards.

This certainly looks good news for the share price

I wonder if it will be cash or shares?

Someone is making a bid for company at 150p.A 50% increase in share price in 3 months.Not a bad return on investment.To make money find companys that are growing, undervalued and nobody follows on bullitain boards. Any body out there?

not alot of point addind charts at mo as they are for cathay
but coutts work in advertising is improving and with a good yield and asset backing this one seems to be uv
has got further to go
