Anyone any idea when PVDT is likely to be listed on AMEX?

TR has shares in CLY and options to purchase further shares, but is not on the board. CLY main (only!) investment is in a US listed company PVTD(pink sheets but applied to move on to AMEX)that owns the rights to a "unique" trading software PTS. This company is run by TR. CLY own approx 7.2M shares in PVTD and have options to purchase up to a further 18.5M @$40c per share. PVTD currently about $0.8c per share. will PVTD get on to AMEX and will they fly/ stay the same/ plummet on listing on AMEX and will CLY sell there interest?

Who is Barry Cox?

Why do you ask

I am little confused by this company. Can anyone tell me if a) Terry Ramsden is still connected b) Barry Cox is still connected?

The directors have bought 13m and there were 3m buys today. Only another 84m to go.

The original 2M trade has been deleted and re-appeared as trade 37. How odd.

bbd2, I reckon the 2m was also a buy. As you said earlier, the story they are putting about must be pretty convincing, this all looks good to me, as soon as this overhang clears we should start moving up!

1M T buy just gone through but anyone any ideas about the 2.5M earlier. Close to 7M traded today which is unusual for little CLY

Dell,

Would prefer a large investor myself but if Falcon are ringing around, I would love to know what they are saying to get people to buy - must be positive as if your assumption is correct, it seems to be working.

I would also like to know a bit more about Mossland, TR and what they want to use the new money for but of course this will not be revealed until CLY are ready to tell us and those in the know have taken their position!

As I have said before , I am very long on this share which is by far my most riskiest play. However, those of us who have been here for some time will have seen the company slowly get it's house in order. True the share price has languished in the ether but I am happy to wait until at least PVTD lists on AMEX.

We must not forget this a penny share and until the City start to believe the CLY story ( and CLY are prepared to tell it) it will not move. But when it does, I believe it will correct sharply like GON has done recently and FUL maybe about to.

As always DYOR

I think the upside for this share is now saddly reduced (diluted). Need PVTD to get listed on AMEX and a nice jump in the share price at $1, CLY investment is still worth 1-3.4p (7.5M-25M shares*100/1.75*430M) $2 etc. Interesting? that Leo Knifton took a more sizeable stake in the business than previous. Still fancy sell stake in PVTD and reverse takeover.

yeah it all interesting stuff.. perhaps ramsden is selling his stake and someone picking up the xcess... everything set at 1p.. , looking further, its actually, more than i expected..

leo normally, picks up @ 0.1p..now its 1p..

PVTD..is unknown.. and as above, if the thing works.. then very much in the monies.. i'm not sure there is anything like it.. i do recall speaking to someone.. if there were any other apps on the mkt like it..

saffy..

bbd2 - Firstly, I don't have a boss, or a position!

Also, I wouldn't necessarily say we are at opposite ends of the spectrum, as I consider CLY to be a big unknown, rather than a definite sell. If PVTD comes good then it may well be a good investment but very little is known about PVTD's financial performance and if it is a load of cack then there aren't many other strings to CLY's bow.

Whilst neither of us can know what is happening today, I'd say my deduction fits the available evidence rather well and is probably accurate.
I don't consider a telesales operation to farm out placing stock to be quite as comforting as a large investor accumulating but maybe you have a differing view.....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Del,

Not sure it's worth debating with you on this as we are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Neither of us really knows what is going on here (but perhaps your boss might !lol)Someone is adding today be it PI or a large investor. If it is not Mossland, then I would be interested to know what you think Falcon may or may not be saying to their clients to persuade them to buy - they must be saying something positive to make them part with their money.

For the benefit of the BB (and me) could you state your position here please - long/short or that old cherry concerned Guardian Angel.

bbd2 - Why do you consider today's trading to be interesting and what makes you consider that today's trades suggest a large investor may be buying?

It isn't too hard to surmise that Falcon are phoning their clients and giving them the hard sell to take placing shares at 1.3p for a nice 30% profit(And probably keeping the warrants).

As four market makers have moved down today(WINS has just dropped further and then nudged back up a little, in the last couple of minutes), there doesn't appear to be much net buying through the market does there?

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

The board has reduced its cost base substantially and the directors have now
agreed that, with effect from 1 November 2005 they will receive no salary.

s'cuse me, don't you first "identify and review suitable opportunities to implement a growth strategy" before you raise funds? Aren't they in effect saying we need more money so we can find out if there's any way we can make a profit?
