Read back a bit rosco and you will see the links to the PVTM listing document. It's all there. If we get the listing then the value of CLY will be significantly enhanced because of the number of shares CLY holds in PVTM.

News of the listing can't be far off now. I read somewhere about the time limit being 60 days after the filing. Can anyone confirm please ?

Been here a bit now, bought originally at 5.8 then more at 2.6, talk about trying to catch a falling knife, nearly took my bloody hand off! Happy to hold and wait now, think it'll make it in the end.

720k @ $8 @ 1.75 = £3.3m
1.87m @ $4 (profit) @ 1.75 = £4.3m
£7.6m on 181m shares = 4p a share

The good thing (apologies, existing holders) is that the potential listing seems not to be priced in at all - the price has just drifted down and down - so, if the listing isn't granted, that needn't lead to sudden extreme tanking.

On the other hand, the tiny NMS of £500 may be trying to tell us something about the right level of punt to have on these.

Most grateful for that. It puts a different slant on everything.

I was never too worried about Ramsden. The things he was convicted of are things that anyone might have done in those circumstances; and on Glen International, another jury might easily have acquitted.

What was concerning was a blog saying that PVTM is sold by US boiler rooms to European investors, with all that implies - hence my question about the patent. But if PETS is worth patenting, and a reputable firm of patent agents also think so.....maybe the blog is just malicious.

I believe I'll get some of these.

If PETS is so good - it it's any good - why hasn't it yet been patented, after all this time?

If PVTM gets its listing, whose shares would be sold first, Ramsden's or Caplay's?

It may well be that these shares will trade at 8p or better if the PVTM listing goes through. But, while I'm not some ethical investor type nut, it looks distinctly possible that this operation is beyond the pale.
