Yep, mine arrived yesterday, sent it straight off to the broker.
About a weeks wait now until it shows up on the account I reckon.
Now, where to spend it? Lots of bargains around. 8-)

BBD - which small caps are you looking at?

I was hoping to sell my CPI (Sharesave) and put the funds into HAWK but my cert not through yet and HAWK already well on the way to recovery.

tricky

i don't trade long on these as i think the down trend is still in place. I entered a short yesterday at 671 and current target is 630 (hopefully should be tested today). can't see this going higher than 670 technically for this week. so its a short for the week.

current support levels 630 and 610 and breaking 670 will see this running to 700 but can't see this happening this month (will be short if gets there on rebound).

mmx - what's your take on this change? Are you closing your short or do you still think this will fall further?

Thanks in advance.

the aquisition was so small as to be virtually insignificant with regards to it's potential affect on the price

A rather muted response to general market rise today. Even aquisition didn't make much difference.

I think shorters have the upper hand with Capita and we could drop below £6.00
