Indeed, healthy pullback, just bounced of 38.20 fib. Let's see how we get on tomorrow I have an order set also at 61.8 fib or 35p.

Can't deny it would have been nice to anticipate this drop and get back in cheaper but I always promise myself I will do that next time !

Good to see a pull back. Been a pretty meteoric rise. For those of us who have been in for a while this is not a concern. This was bought as a recovery play for me about 18 months ago. Why would I sell now when fundamentals are better than when I bought?

Short term profit taking and a pull back to reduce RSI is general practice.

a lot of investors have lost a lot of money following Buffett quotes.just do your research and follow your instincts for entry and exit.

Ashwani, the market is more dynamic nowadays due to algos manipulation.100 percent profit is not to be sniffed at.because the market can swallow big chunk of your profits within a couple of days.not saying this will happen here but something worth remembering.has happened to me before and most probably again if i forget the lesson.

Came across this article from another board, an interesting read.

Why do so many investors sell out too early?

I'm often amazed by the fact that there are far more frequent posts when shares go down compared to when they go up. This must be fear driven. Human nature. As Buffet said, if you can't handle up to 50 percent drops you should not be investing.

Am not massively perturbed by today's drop as portfolio just gone back to where it was last Fri. Hope it holds at the 36 mark and then plods forward rather than leaps. Mostly bought around 21p so I guess I have some room for manoeuvre.

Ashwani, all depends whether there is a recession, but I believe one is safe adding at 36 or lower.as long as management does not get complacent and revert back to their bad habits.

Stagflation ? Thought inflation though not yet under control was moving in the right direction

Do you think it will consolidate at 36 and stay there or move back up ?

Pretty well everything is red so CPI hit harder than others is not surprising given the huge recent rise. Guess its down to your convictions and capability whether you hold on or capitulate. Today is for the doom mongers not the hurrah merchants. I am neither but still here.
