Nice volume as expected. Heavy buying, let's see what happens when US open.

One hopes the shorter might still be there to give it a further boost. The share price seems to be getting its second wind after the morning coffee break.

A very patient but happy holder here. A company totally undervalued with a market cap of only 550m on a turnover of nearly 3 billion with little or no debt once the remaining disposals completed. GLA.

There's barely a short interest here now and the only person left has been reducing

I think at the stage where we are today that this should be more like 50p share price Risk that caused the share price to reach these ridiculous levels is significantly reduced now with debt reduced to manageable levels and after restructuring business stabilising it showing ROI and growth. All done now in multi year turnaround strategical plan.Execution with year on year profitability with growth can see as others have said this heading to £1 and above.

Free cashflow for 2023 was projected at £35m from ongoing business but this looks likely to be beaten now and businesses to be sold add to that - both free cashflow until sold and cash received on the balance sheet after.. Also there will be proceeds from further divestments expected in H1. A 0.5p dividend costing £8m looks easily possible if all goes to plan. 1p at a cost of nearly £17m looks distinctly possible for 2023 if all goes well.

Marketscreener first resistance @ 33.61p then 38.4p so with overshoot probably get to 34p and 40p before too much selling

A dividend around 1p was anticipated by some brokers for 2024. Given how well they've done, I think they'll see if H1 continues to go well and consider a small final dividend for H2. It would be nice to see maybe a 0.5p final for 2023 and then 0.3p and 0.7p for 2024.

The icing that is missing from the cake is the absence of any mention of dividend resumption.
There is also the matter of a hefty chunk of 'goodwill', presumably to be written off in due time and added to the accumulated losses. Would that have any compensation in adding to the deferred tax asset?

However, all in all it is looking a much cleaner company sailing into calmer waters.

Blackhorse you must have a lot of CURY as you always seem to be out of a share and buying them good luck to you but I feel this is just the beginning...

Topped up. I thought we might get to 35p after these results but they were better than I expected. I doubt they'll stay under 40p for very long.
