There has been no dilution over the past 2 years, nearly 3 years in fact

This is in a much stronger position than it was at the beginning of 2020, and a third of the value, albeit not factoring in the share price dilution that has taken place. But the market looks forward, not backwards and prospects are much rosier for the stability of the company.

to be fair, looking back on last year, CPI did ok (with everything the year threw at it), 50M loss with 3 Bill T/O is hardly the end of the world, positive future upcoming, lots of potential to come, might test 50p again in next few weeks ? certainly has potential to do so.

just to add, i think it is good to see both sides of the coin, negativity is good as long as it is done CONSTRUCTIVELY, very easy to not want to see it, but that dont mean it isnt there.

I get what you are saying , but from what we have been told this might be the slack before the movement, we know already that 21/22 order book is higher than last year, we have less debt, there is potentially a sale of a part of the Co. that ironically is the market valuation , (£700m) est. so that means the rest of CPI is worthless ? dont think so. end of 2021 i feel this is going to be a very different picture, will be adding through next few months on drops.....

Capita

The Congestion charge operator’s turnaround has been a long time coming and has taken far too long to carry out disposals. But this week chief executive Jon Lewis launched another restructuring which includes £700 million of targeted disposals which, as Russ points out “isn’t much less than the value of the whole company.”

Is that a cup and handle I see with handle nearly formed? Also, daily chart still looks really good indeed on Ichimoku Cloud - truly a Prince of indicators. One to watch closely. All IMHO. DYOR.

Share price should creep up if the market continues to rise. Should see aperiodic jump when a disposal isannounced and debt reduced.

Agreed. But as I said, the share price will not rocket on the back of that. That's been the message on here for weeks. "Just wait for the results, then we'll smash thru 50p" etc etc.
Time for a reality check

There is no "debt to market cap ratio". Debt to revenue, yes (more revenue requires more working capital), debt to Ebit, yes (demonstrates the ability to service debt). With thr proceeds from ESS in the bet debt is now only around 700m. That is manageable given the revenue and Ebit as well as likely future disposals

It was a £50m loss. Not sure how you all expected the share price to rocket on the back of that.

Looks like they changed the pattern, before it was rise in the morning and around 3pm drop. Now its start high in the morning drift all day.
