Interesting, I don't have a link but I seem to recall a statement a couple of years ago along the lines of (not verbatim) "the dividend will be reinstated once FCF is sustainably above £200 million". If its now £300 million, the monetary limit is broached and now to understand what "sustainably" means.

another sale being considered for £700m, even if they realise say 600m from it, it is going to greatly reduce the debt, all very encouraging.

Capita results generally fine with debt reduction, org simplification and first growth for 5 years expected 2021. A few things to note VAT deferral from 2020, pension deferral which will reduce profits in 2021 temporarily. However, overall looks like things being turned around. Be interesting to see what market thinks and if we can break 50p.

Results look as good as can be expected to me. £300 million positive free cash flow and debt reduced by the same amount. They seem to have handled the pandemic well and will continue to have some home working going forward which will reduce office costs. Some good savings made. I haven't spotted any real nasties.

@ this time last year, share price was around 125p, now look where we are, does the share price today reflect those results ? (without CV 19) i would still be thinking share price would be @ 100p, not saying it will go there though, but bottom line i see CPI have turned a corner, sales for 21/22 look stronger than last year, and overall position looks stronger in upcoming year.

been saying this bit for a few months now, and i agree "Despite the challenges, we have continued to make good progress, improving client relationships and winning significant new contracts. Capita is a much better business than it was three years ago when we began our transformation."

So big day ahead tomorrow for us. For many of us a review of the results.If as expected or even better than expected and most importantly more positive forward looking statement than recent years then we may finally cut through 50 strong resistance level that have failed to break on numerous occasions over the last year (July 20 / Dec 20 and only a week ago).Once we cut through and hold can see target of 80 to 100p going forward.Be an interesting day ahead of us. Fingers crossed for 50p finally being breached.

Demand supply issues , lots of buying took place around the 10th ,am sure Schroders will dump a few at 100p if required !

The profits can be whatever accountants (by arbitary valuations, write-downs etc) decide to make them. Just follow the cash-flow/debt position and work out its survival rating. It's all about orderly repositioning, divestment etc and avoiding fire-sale situations.
