Struggling at the 40p level - let's hope it breaks through conclusively this time!

Jotoha, not sure if cpi will get to 1200p but it certainly has the potential to multi bag from these lows. The disposal of EES will be a good start.

Nothing to do with a buyer accumulating a large order,so as no to just buy or sell in one transaction which would affect the price up or down. Also the dealers gain commission on each deal made,be it buy or sell.

There were a lot off book trades yesterday and seems to be same today. From what I understand these are transfers between two parties at an agreed price and then these are then reported. So these are not necessarily sells on the book.. I think this is how Schroders have been acquiring millions of shares. I also read somewhere that many off book trades aren't even reported once they have been done.

Many years ago I watched Charter pulled down from 600p to 35p , and by some sort of miracle it went from 35p and sold to the yanks for 1200p , now that was very enjoyable , is CPI going to get the same treatment ?

Guys you might want to look at Mitie Group - less risk than Capita.

Schroders are playing the long game and they see value here (as do I). I just don't think CPI will achieve a significantly higher share price until the new CFO is in place, and we understand why the outgoing CFO decided to move on. He wasn't the most experienced by the looks of it (was his second CFO job? First one lasted two years also), so maybe he just wasn't very good.

Why are they not worrying Schroders who keep increasing their stake?

Analyst Megabuyte said this morning(10th November): "Given that ESS is slowly losing market share and is in need of significant investment to turn it around, so it would appear that Capita has revised down its valuation expectations."

The share price will go nowhere without a CFO. Good news is it's being held up by the wider positive sentiment. Watch for the markets correcting though, this could be a bloodbath. Value Target (CPI): 20p-40p

Makes sense , Schroders buying in large qty's , clean up the balance sheet by selling assets and reducing overheads , the question is what is the true value here , buyers will want it below £2
