Net debt £1.1 billion at 30/6/20. Enterprise value £1.7 billion. Looks as if can trade within debt covenants. Profit to EV around 6 , so not quite as cheap as it looks.

It will sell for around £500 million imhho as the virus disappears and education returns to normality. Also massive government contracts will be awarded to Capita as part of the recovery process. Happy days ahead.

2688988 buy at 35.59 now that is a trade that shows confidence. Going to fly in the morning maybe even test 40p. Get in early. Don't forget Capita is government backed with large safe contracts being awarded in this sector.With sale of education division imminent for anything up to £500million expect we could be in three figures by Christmas. Safe haven.🚀

Well if I was a technical analysis person I would say this was a shoo-in for next resistance at 50p

And once through 50p, next resistance is £1.

Mr Lewis hinted they were close to a sale , present share rise is confirming that , so yes we are close , if it's around £350 million then that should reflect a share price of 80/90 pence .

Then a GRADUAL rise of 1-2p (3%+) a day over the next two weeks should take us through the 50p level
