yes the RNS referred to the expected price when they announced the rights, i.e. closing price of shares on 20 April which was around 159.75 p
So 105.9x5= 529.5
Less 3x .70p =210, 529.5-210 = 319.5 for 2 shares = 319.5/2 = 159.75 pre rights price closing on 20th April
So anyone buying them then has gained a profit 122-105.9 = 16.1p post rights per share
If that makes sense

bang on oscar000 with your 122p. if share price is £2 post RI it should trade at 122p.

but reading the company's RNS they mention post RI share price of 105.9p!! so a good profit for some..

Hmm, be interesting to see the price tomorrow. I was too late to act upon this, I'm now looking at either buying some discounted shares and hoping for a pay back in 2-3 years or not exercising the buy option to see my existing shares lose around 30%

2 shares at say £2 , gives £4
3 shares at 70p gives £2.10
Total of 5 shares for £6.10
Thats £6.10/5 = £1.22 per share

When are they doing the dilution?

I have not looked at the circular, but what are they valuing the company at post dilution and shares in issue.

70p a share, with 3 shares is what, £1.80 a share.

No.

You will be issued with rights that have a value (circa 50p each). You can simply sell those. Take that off your original buy price and you'll end up in roughly the same (loss) position. If you don't sell the rights, and you don't exercise them, they will be auto sold for you. Whatevr happens you do not take any sort of negative hit.
