Finished at the day’s high for the second day in a row, the multi bagging potential here is undeniable after the last 2 RNS, read them both again to see why !

Well reputation is hard won and easily lost. Elon Musk has had a few run in's with the financial authorities over there so will now (as second richest man in world) be wanting to be seen as Mr Clean.
If this stealing IP story becomes widely known then folk might start to question the whole edifice...was anything else in Tesla based on stealing other people's IP.
It starts to mushroom. £80m for this guy is small change.

I wouldnt be so sure something of this magnitude will have to go to the top. Patent breech is pretty serious he will want to nip it in the bud before word spreads and knocks his rep

meijiman...yep, it’s where the momentum lies..litigation. CPX will never get to the point of large manufacturing capacity, it’ll be snaffled up long before.

Elon Musk will probably be totally unaware of CPX. His minions will be telling him, if anything, it's noise level and no impact on the overall business.

still, this share has legs and will accelerate forwards in the short term. Capacity (no pun intended) is much improved but is still restricted and not easily scalable.

Interesting few months ahead.

Worldwide production now and Tesla being sued bring it on.

Got to agree there . Just reading Tesla has gone up again increasing Musk's wealth even more.
To be accused of stealing IP could be a big blow to his reputation.
Plus he would be buying cpx at a point in time when it is cheap but the foundations are in place for a material uplift in revenues and profits.
He may not be aware of this so I shall write a letter forthwith informing him of the situation and suggest to him that he launches an offer at 25p per share.

Tesla/Maxwell share price valued at around $544 billion, who much will the share price fall due to IP infringement, a dam sight more than the $240 million paid for Maxwell that’s for sure, a take over if CPX is a no brainer and that’s not including the worldwide manufacturing distribution that’s at near 100% capacity!

From memory, Gross Revenues attaching to the Murata production lines amounted to $13-$14m. The majority, if not all of this, will now transfer to CAP-XX Sales line through 2021 as production and shipping volumes ramp up … this is clearly a transformational event for such a tiny tech company.
As an OEM, I would be very disappointed if Gross Profit Margins from this Revenue was not 40%+.

25-30p / share is my initial target

Electrification of vehicles, power for IOT devices & thousands of other applications call for Capacitors to help manage power delivery & storage.
This will be a trend that lasts for at least the next 30 years & likely far beyond.
The global forecast growth for Super Capacitors is forecast to grow from $3Bn to $17Bn over the next 7 years at 20%+ CAGR. I believe that's conservative forecast at this stage.
CAP-XX only needs to secure a fraction of this to grow into a significant size enterprise and is now well set to do just that

I could mention it, it was a very clear chart and is in the right space. If anyone has a moment you should look at some of the US EV stocks: FCEL, WKHS, BLDP etc. Extraordinary volatility and upside

Thanks boss. On my RNS trawl today I saw Proton (not looked at them before) announced a deal to put hydrogen tech to replace diesel in railway milling machines My point is, as Matt will know better than I do, is the applications for green tech are much wider than us non-specialists appreciate and CPX could be one of the pick and shovel providers in the revolution

Seems to have been plenty enough volume since the March placing to have taken out the 3p flippers.I ascribe zero value to the current patent disputes .. if they win against Maxwell (which seems quite probable given result of the first case) then, there may well be a Brucie bonus but, nothing you can hat your hat on just now so, much better to concentrate the investment case on the underlying business & the opportunity to finally become a successful long-term OEM, with both a ready market for the finished product and a proven technical team to continue innovating and delivering customer solutions.Current mkt cap seems much too low given the above so, I assume a steady uptrend should persist over the coming months towards the 10p region. Will be keen to hear exactly when their sales reach the maximum output from the factory as currently configured. If that occurs during 2021, it will be a stunning result for the business. Steady away for now, suits me fine
