It is indeed, it’s my feeling Tesla BoD will be meeting over next few weeks as the sums will massively outweigh those awarded against Loxus, going to get very interesting from here on !

Still a gamble that costs can even be recovered. Looks like a 50/50 punt or coin toss rather than an investment, each to his own as they say but it could be a very long wait for not much at all as the company involved has no assets.
