13/11/2020 10:37 | Got to see as positive...Maxwell probably realise they are on a loser by going to court so hope for resolution via arbitration. Would love it if Musk reached into his back pocket for some loose change to bid for cpx. | meijiman
13/11/2020 10:18 | Thanks to Roofer for posting that attachment. Interesting to read the case has been referred for Mediation and "for the purpose of exploring ADR" (Alternative Dispute resolution). Wonder if that's standard court practice or a decision specifically applied to this case. If it's the latter presumably that's good as it increases the chance of a speedier resolution. Beyond me I'm afraid, any budding legal experts out there? | mortimer7

05/11/2020 10:41 | decided to add some today. | ricardox
03/11/2020 11:24 | The whole point of a stock market listing is to raise money by share issues, Tesla has done quite a few, investment Rebates on investments from the government is how most companies have moved from incubator ones to multi-national ones! Today’s RNS has given me faith in adding more for the future The tide has definitely turned. Imo R2 | roofer2
03/11/2020 08:52 | Yes it has disappointed..but many now see an inflection point linked to the Murata deal which offers a road map to a cash generating company. Have another read of it. The tone and content is in IMO more upbeat than previous years. | meijiman
03/11/2020 08:35 | yes, but does that mean in relation to profit and losses. The reason R4D monies and dilutiob has saved this is because the Co is never been cashflow positive. Until I see those words, this is a jam tomorrow Co. Read last 10 years of RNS'..you get my point | jailbird
03/11/2020 08:25 | Have you read the entire release? More demand than they can handle... | meijiman
03/11/2020 08:24 | Try reading the RNS !!! R2 | roofer2
03/11/2020 08:23 | So only reason to buy this, is in the hope the Co may get a decent payout from this court case. | jailbird
03/11/2020 08:13 | I’m not surprised one bit. I’m holding till the end game here, just too exciting to think about selling for less than the $200,000000 Tesla paid for Maxwell, gla Imo R2 | roofer2
03/11/2020 08:12 | you don't need to do a whole lot of research to see this as a great buy opportunity. | meijiman

03/11/2020 08:00 | We are in the USA court with the biggest super capacitor users there is “Tesla”, the media will be all over Elon like a rash, I forecast a quick deal with lots of news coming thick and fast, CPX at less than £20 million with these prospects are a screaming buy The attacking cap-xx brigade can now start to get excited, I believe I’ve finally found a winner !!! Imo R2 | roofer2
03/11/2020 07:41 | Very positive RNS, growing sales doubling orders and a soon to be maxed out production line, &££millions in the bank, court case with Tesla starts in November, wonder what that’s going to lead to. Very happy Imo R2 | roofer2
03/11/2020 07:14 | 10 years of jam tomorrow (since I have been monitoring this one) and still cannot turn this into a profitable Co. Only thing that has saved this is the R&D monies coming in. IOT etc been saying for a long time that it will be a big...but these things take a lot longer than one thinks. Can CPX gain for this growth area? | jailbird
31/10/2020 13:21 | Results Tuesday morning, production line update will be on everyholders watch list, CPX have enough money to carry them to profitability so any contract news from Murata customers will be greatly received giving the S/P a good boost although news on the Maxwell court case could really get the S/P moving. someone is buying big blocks of CPX stock, for these reasons it makes CPX a hold for me, if I did sell that buyer might turn out to be Elon associated. Imo R2 | roofer2
27/10/2020 12:30 | Somebody is hoovering up all these sells, happening every time there is a few hundred thousand on offer, 27-Oct-20 09:21:50 4.79 321,221 buy Somebody always knows something before the PIs Imo R2 | roofer2
27/10/2020 11:40 | Positive trading update on multiple fronts. As previously argued, the acquisition of the Murata manufacturing assets represents a transformational deal for CPX. It afforded a unique opportunity to transform its profitability by increasing sales and gross margin at the product level for a minimal capital outlay and enable CPX to fulfil the growing levels of sales enquiries. The deal provides access to established product designs, proven manufacturing assets and a potential customer base in CPX's target small form factor markets. The project is not without execution risk, however, and CPX has not been immune to the impact of CV-19 with the project slipping by c. three months. The successful prosecution of the Ioxus patent infringement case represents an important proof point in CPX's ongoing IP protection strategy. Finally, the growth in the sales order book and revenue in Q1 is encouraging as more companies look to supercapacitors to address the limitations of traditional batteries. hxxp://www.allenbyca | euclid5
26/10/2020 11:27 | VRS mentioned some link to RR...apparently it was around £10 quid. | meijiman
26/10/2020 09:39 | well, if they did list later next year - I will be shocked if the city valued them anywhere near £250m Because Capx has been around for several years and must be close to be a failure company - if a competitor comes up making a similar Super only 2 years ago, then lists on the market & investment Banks thinks it should be worth £250m yet CPX sits at £20m One good point is they have signed a deal with RRoyce, says alot | euclid5 |
