They have been promising jam tomorrow for about 10 years! Plenty would have made lots of money on the money they have had tied up here.

Seems an interesting little company.
Stockopedia says EPS for 2021 is expected to be 0.46p, so on a forward p/e of around 10, a sector growing strongly, IP protection and maybe some bonus payments depending on the success of the court cases. Seems almost to good to be true.

What's the bear case here?

The housebroker is Allenby Capital , and , as far as I am aware , they issue the only forecasts for CAP-XX in the market . Nothing from Allenby since the CAP-XX trading update on Thursday , however , so maybe next week ?

They opened it back up after that bed and ISA trade of 455k which was strange as they didn’t gain any stock out of it, definitely a shortage of free float at the moment.

Don't think Elon Musk is confident, as I took it that raising the $5bn on Tesla was to cover the Cap-xx damages.

Trading in the period since 30 June 2020 has been strong, with the current sales order book being over 50% higher than this point last year. Total Revenue for the first quarter to date is over 10% above last year.

The Board expects to announce CAP-XX's full year results for the year ended 30 June 2020 during October 2020.

Cap-xx has not been an easy hold, it’s had many false dawns over the years, AK has had most holders frustrated many times, these next 12months could be the year AK finally gets us into the big league with the Murata manufacturing production line and just maybe a contract with Tesla, I believe it’s worth holding to find out, gla
