Hi Praipus, a watcher - that's usually the name of the game!

Had another look recently but isn't the sort of business i really like or understand, and aren't convinced the management might not take it back private on the cheap. Will keep watching though...

goliard: Agreed - Was it not introduced at 50p and from the documentation

"Equity participation
On Admission, the Directors will be interested, in aggregate, in 49,064,530 Ordinary Shares, representing 49.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company"

so taking your point about directors fees the Directors could virtually do anything they want in terms of their pay - If it is better tax wise to take drawings as earned income rather than dividends they can do just that (imo etc)

Share price fall also seems to be sending a message

May be on my own here, but some sells here knocking the price. I am looking forward to some better governance and more rational CEO pay before investing.

Taking a look at this company. Very quiet bb, which is probably good. I like their strategy, but a bad acquisition could affect them disproportionately. However, my BIG issue is the CEO's outrageous salary with no explanation whatsoever for huge bonuses. I also can't find details of his contract. He is the largest shareholder, but seems to be using the company as a personal piggy bank with no institutions to complain. The CEO's pay and lack of disclosure of terms from the board is my only reason for not investing at the moment.
