27/6/2003 20:08 | As it is I happen to half agree with mad4it about bulls and bears. I thought yesterday that both the UK/US markets were on thin ice from a TA bull view, as I have said I am not a commited bull I just try to trade what I see. I do not yet buy a big big drop but a retracement is perhaps on the cards. Personally I am sorry about all the arguments but if you have an opinion reasonably presented you cannot be expected to just drop it because one or two people say so. Hope this thread can continue to offer value | paulismyname

27/6/2003 19:30 | gf Fair enough mate, I know you're a busy man and time IS money. I have a selfish motive in wanting you around as I still test much of my trading strategy against your viewpoint, (albeit we've differed just recently), as you are still the finest trader I know. Best of luck with the trading and the new business ventures. Make sure you pop in from time to time to keep me on my toes. ;) A word to Hughey, hvs and the other bulls, as you know I've been bullish recently, but a word of advice....never ignore what goodfella says, or he'll end up driving around in a new car paid for by you! Here endeth the lesson for today. | mad4it

27/6/2003 19:17 | SPX taking a dive, looks like it could close at a low for the day. BBBY is a retailer trading on forward p/e 32. Its showing good growth, but even last week impressive result failed to inspire the share price. A good short candidate when the markets start turning down. I'm putting this on my watchlist. | chuckie egg
