26/6/2003 23:29 | I think it's fallen through 14-day RSI support this time. And it's now fallen through into the lower BB which is something it hasn't done since the rally started in March. | smoketrader

26/6/2003 21:32 | Errrrrrr Paul you`ve conveniently missed out a revision of US GDP DOWN by 1/2% to 1.4 %, PE`s in their 50-100+ range for some growth companies and the real possibility of Deflation. Rosy picture - I think not.Rally short lived at best 3-5 days. | captain.
26/6/2003 21:32 | PIMN I would have bullied you so bad at school... ;D and incidently, we all mentioned longing didnt we, so despite the fact that this is, and has been a SHORTERS THREAD 4 years, some people still dont understand... | tpaulbeaumont

26/6/2003 21:20 | Well we have had some better than expected US employment data, a mildly favourable ruling on Jarva for Microsoft, some good news on the drugy front from Pfizer, an upturn in the number of companies producing acceptable results on or mildly ahead of expectations, plus of course from a TA viewpoint the Dow appears to be carring on making higher lows abd Gold is falling On the other hand and as I posted earlier the FT100 from a TA viewpoint is close to breaking down through the first bullish support level of the 50 day moving average. Plus Uk corporates are still increasing. Finally you lot keep posting charts up that are moving from left to right up......and keep saying it's at a new high ready for shorting. And theapes gone to sleep (new header) (smile) | paulismyname
26/6/2003 19:39 | I,m short term still a little bullish til next week get some suckers in for a dead cat bounce | theape
26/6/2003 19:32 | In the Dow, as long as the index remains below 9085, odds will remain with a continued decline immediately. The equivalent level in the S&P is 985. A rally above these levels in both indexes would shift the odds toward the expanded flat pattern and a continued push higher toward the end of the week, into the early part of next. Regardless, last week's highs of 9352 in the Dow and 1015 in the S&P should remain intact. remeber hes on tv on friday ...it always goes up when hes on tv | moonblue
26/6/2003 16:44 | FTSE looks like its itching to test the 4000 level. Don't see much upside, so it boils down to holding above 4000 or failing at the 4000 and heralding a new bear leg. I think we'll see a close below 4000 soon followed by a couple of breaks back up and then a final break down into the 3900's. Psychologically I would think a number beginning with a 3 and not a 4 will have a big effect. | yf23_1
26/6/2003 16:38 | moony Was it (Not available at any good book stores).........LOL | goodfella
